Everything was great!

We appreciated the friendly welcome and extra space in the suite. The hotel is well located near a large shopping area and restaurants. We'll stay here again when we're back in ABQ!

This is my new favorite hotel in Albuquerque! The staff were friendly and courteous. The check in and out process was a breeze. The room was clean and spacious. The morning breakfast was delicious and their coffee (served all day) was a nice addition. I have no complaints and definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is SUPERB! Great location, breakfast is good, unlimited coffee by the lobby, friendly staff, beds are comfortable. It’s definitely a steal!

Stay was good, despite hotel being alittle older, but fire alarm went off around 10:30, had to go outside in the cold windy weather

I needed a central location to stay while I attended a funeral. I was traveling alone so safety was very important. The area is on a nice part of town with lots of options to eat. It was easy check in and great staff and great room!

All was well til my hubby saw that carpet wasn't really vacuumed in the bedroom that we were in. We had rented a suite for our visit. Plus the curtain in our room wouldn't completely covered the window. We had to deal with the sunlight showing in the corner and partially in the center. We received a text asking about our room, I let them know about the situation with the curtain and had maintenance coming to check. We just got a unanswered problem. My hubby wasn't thrill, so just left it. Couch and chair in living room had dark spots on arm rest. Couch wasn't to comfortable. Our bed had lumpy areas. I think they just need to go thru each rooms and repair and replace items, bottom line.

We tend to stay at Homewood Suites when we travel in the US, and typically have great experiences. This specific one seems to be an outlier, but not in a good way. The staff we encountered all seemed to hate life, and it showed in their absolute apathy and lack of any personality. The property could use a refresh, as everything seemed old and due for replacement. The breakfast offerings were probably the worst I have encountered at any Hilton property I’ve stayed at. No real variety, almost all carb-heavy, bland, and dry. I’m still convinced the “eggs” were the cause of our unsettled stomachs. The location itself was good, which garnered the extra star, but I likely won’t stay at this specific Homewood Suites next time I’m in Albuquerque.

Great for Families. Location was great for us walking distance malls and restaurants.
The front staff needs help, the phone was ringing constantly As the busy staff helped customers at the desk. I did check in and room was not ready, staff was to call me and never did. 2 hours later I decided call and it was ready. Overall a great stay.

Room wasn't really clean upon arrival. I had to call ahead for housekeeping and only needed the bathroom cleaned but the housekeeper did the whole room and threw away my kids sippy cups which was frustrating to discover at 9pm with cranky thirsty toddlers. The front desk did not understand and brought me glass cups as a replacement. Overall not a great experience. We will not be returning.

We were earlier than we expected to be and had a funeral to attend. We really needed to check in early and because our room was ready they allowed us to do so. That was a huge help to us. The digital keys were a little touchy.

Great facility, one of the bathtub was slow draining but they got maintenance on it immediately. Staff was great. And the room was great.

Always a choice for a staycation . Remains a favorite mid range hotel in the heart of uptown with shopping, walking, available restaurants. Movie theater nearby. A well maintained property despite obvious heavy use by travelers. A good breakfast.

Our stay at the Homewood Suites was ok. I found the rooms very plain with nothing special . My room didn't have a hair dryer which is something they always had in the past. The breakfast was ok, but i had better at other hotels.
Overall I will consider staying at other place next time I'm in Albuquerque.

A dear friend recommended Homewood as THE best place to stay in Albuquerque, and he was right! Even during the craziness of the Balloon Festival, the staff made special efforts to give us all the right information and make Homewood the place we looked forward to coming after a long day. They even provided coffee and snacks a 3 AM. Amazing and woncerful!

The room was very clean and spacious. My only complaint was the bed and pillows were too soft and we both woke up with back aches. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Great location. Carpets in the hallway could use some replacing. Also, when I have a kitchenette, I expect some liquid dish detergent to hand wash. I don't use enough dishes to run the dishwasher.

While it's clearly an older hotel (they said renovations are scheduled for Spring 2024), it has clearly been well maintained and is still a great place to stay. Pet friendly. We would stay there again.

I love staying at Homewood Suites! You all have the best breakfasts. However, I would love to see you go back to real dishes instead of paper and plastic products.
