The staff folks were polite, easy check in. Room was small but clean and quiet.

Good budget hotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms. But it can't compare to slightly better accommodations available in places like Best Western or Quality Inns. The rooms are much smaller which makes them cramped. Very very few choices for breakfast. So if one has a large group and plan to stay several days, then upgrade. If it's just one or two nights and small group, then it's fine.

We have stayed here several times. This time staff was awful during check in. Seemed to be trying unsuccessfully to intimidate me. Could not tell us where our room was or how to best get to it. Once we were in our room it was clear it had been heavily smoked in. Opened the window to clear the air and found screen ripped off and thrown aside on rooftop with access to our room. Very sketchy. Locked up and stayed one night.

I had a great stay at the Guesthouse in Bellingham. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.
This was a great value.

I had been staying with the guesthouse for over three months when I was unpleasantly met with patronizing, rude attitude, by a front desk associate by the name of Ryan. She threatened to call the police on me if I wasn’t out by 1:00 pm, although I had already paid for an additional two day stay prior to 11:00 to avoid any issues with having to do checkout and recheck in to the system. She told me to leave the property immediately and that I was no longer welcome as a guest, without providing any explanation as to why, just a threat to call the police and abruptly hung up the phone.
While staying at the guesthouse I was told that my towels will go through “inspection”, prior to receiving any other clean linens or towels. I was denied towels for over two weeks, resulting in me having to order my own and have them delivered. The attitude and hospitality that I was met with in the beginning shortly wore thin after a day or two.
***Sonia, Steven, and the housekeepers were all wonderful and always met me wi the a smile! Just wanted to be clear this review is strictly involving Heeru and Ryan.

It was very good staying there , nice neighboirhood , close to all things like the mall the aquatic center , parks and the highway . Overall a good time

Excellent place to stay, however the only problem was that the bath towels were a bit too small and there was an odor to them. Room service replaced them right away!

The hotel was adequate. The room was clean. The issues with the hotel were safety (broken down camper in the parking lot), seems to be also used for homeless, breakfast was only severed until 9am and did not have much to offer, the front desk person in the mornings was difficult to locate, my key card stopped working at one point, the elevator smelled of pot, the hairdryer did not work. I probably won't stay here again.

There was a strong chemical cleaning smell that did not abate. The fridge didn't work. The room was clean enough for the level of hotel.

The sink was leaking, the door had holes in it, the lamp and walls had colored markers all over it

Mistakenly booked a King bed room without a sofa sleeper for our preteen. Asked to be upgraded to a larger room to accommodate (and to pay for the upgrade, of course) and we were moved to the Executive Suite with a King bed and a sofa. They failed to mention that the “sofa” was a couch and did not open to a bed. Had to go down for bedding late in the evening; worked for a night but wasn’t what we wanted or thought we were getting.

Didn't like anything.
Not suitable for any family.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel grounds had a lot of trash and the dog area was filled with poop..... but there was no place to dump it when I picked my dogs poop up. Overall a good hotel.

They double charged me. Won’t correct. Very unhappy.

Heating/AC unit in the room was so loud that I had to wear earplugs to get to sleep; rooms weren't well cleaned (green toothpaste on the wall by sink, floor unmopped, night able had brown crusty dots of who-knows-what stck to it, and microwave door was dirty), several lights and electric outlets didn't work; and there was no coffee maker in the room.

Solid no frills place to sleep. Room was small but very clean and efficient. After a rough night while visiting family the room and clean comfortable bed were a welcome oasis. The breakfast is adequate. We have stayed here before and will again as we complete estate. Clean, good value, close to everything.

It was a little difficult getting in and out of property. The area was laid out so it was hard to find the way in and out. Wasn't that bad just different.

The front staff were friendly and efficient. The room was decently clean and although it isn't extravagant, it met all of our needs. The bed was actually extremely comfortable!

All we needed for a place to lay our heads for a night. Close to the freeway and convenient being right next to a Fred Meyer and same parking lot as a coffee shop 😋

Convenient and affordable for a quick in and out at Bellingham, right off the Interstate 5 corridor very close to downtown.

very nice and clean would stay there anytime

The room was pretty quiet and our bed was comfy. It’s in a central location that makes it convenient. Overall it’s a good choice for the prize. It’s not the nicest quality but you can see the quality in the images. Front desk stuff were nice and helpful, just a little unprofessional dressed and kept.
I would stay again, it’s good enough. And most importantly it was clean enough and I slept.

Perfect place to stay for the price. Super clean with a nice light breakfast.

Initial impression was not great. Foyer bare and dark but clean. Corridors not light well. Very close to I-5. Even on the other side of the building, could still hear constant road noise, especially from semis. Room was sparse but clean. Needed to change rooms because of almost constant barking from dogs next door and was accommodated. Second room was better. Newer fridge and HVAC units, so quieter. Room had microwave which was not listed in amenities. Light switch for bathroom was outside with others for the room, which was a little odd. Complimentary breakfast was pretty sparse in selection.

Earwigs where crawling in my bathroom sink, makes me paranoid if there may be bed bugs or roaches as well.
