Check-In was amazing, staff was great. We have stayed here several times before and all visits were great. This last time, the room had a smell to it. I always carry Odor Eliminator when I stay at hotels , so that helped with the odor. Other than that, this hotel and staff are amazing.

We had an amazing stay this weekend, right at checkout I was greeted by such a friendly lady at the desk! I got her card and will be leaving her a review for her amazing customer service on the website. Room was clean, breakfast was great, we will definitely stay here anytime we’re in Houston again. Very clean room and facilities. I spilt my orange juice at breakfast and two staff members immediately came to my rescue assuring me it was okay, after I repeatedly apologized. Breakfast was great. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Our complete experience was awesome! The place was clean, staff was so nice, breakfast was delicious! Overall great experience from a 1 to 10, it was definitely a 10! PS, I test the restroom with Lysol wipes to make sure it's clean and sure enough it was super clean!!!

Great hotel with great staff. Surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy at night as we did walk across the street to a cigar shop but other than that the hotel itself was nice and clean.

The girl at the front desk- Mykaila had a bubbly personality. She was so friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. What an asset she is to this hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast area nicely stocked and clean. Good stay.

Facility was great, excellent for families, and hotel staff was amazing. The only downside is you really need a car if you stay at this facility;otherwise you’ll be reliant on Uber for transit

Very clean room with a comfy king size bed and all the conveniences we needed for a restful night. TV didn't work when we try to turn it on but a handyman was immediately sent to our room to fix the issue. Great service! Would come again. Thanks.

The staff must mostly be new to the service industry. They’re not very experienced and knowledgeable. The after hours entry doors slam shut loudly and disturb all the rooms in the vicinity. I stayed a full week and the pancake machine was supposedly broke for 4 of the 7 days I stayed. The other 3 days the machine was fixed, but they only put out pancake mix to use it on 2 of the 3 days.

This hotel is just great. I mostly like its cleanliness and the price is very reasonable. The location (at the Texas Medical Center) is extremely convenient).

Stay Far away as you possibly can from this Hotel! My Truck was Stolen from their parking lot mind you they have security over night till 6 a.m. but of course she was at the front desk talking it up instead of actually doing her job. Before I filed a police report I asked the front desk if they had towed any vehicles that night and he stated that they hadn’t towed a vehicle in 4 years. Mind you the guy next to me had his catalytic converter stolen as well. Hotel acted like it was no big deal. I don’t see how this property has 9 stars it should have 3 or 4 at the most. Place is a joke!!

Two guests for 2 nights and only 2 towels in room so had to call for more and was told didn’t know when housekeepers would be in so we could walk down to front desk and get a couple more but they don’t bring up to us, yet when I went down to get they were sitting watching tv. Beds and pillows were not comfortable at all! Extremely noisy at all times and can hear every move the people above and next to you make. Second night the people next to us were literally having a party and were screaming well after 11pm, took 3 calls to the front desk to finally get them to send security up to tell them keep the noise down. This was my second stay here and first one was definitely better but not impressed with this place now and doubt I will stay here again.

We stayed for a night to be near museum district. The area directly in front of hotel is under a bit of construction but neighborhood behind and waterway is beautiful. Hotel and our room was clean and well stocked. The front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was warm eggs, biscuits, gravy, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, bread, yogurt etc. The kids especially loved the pancake machine.
