Room was clean obviously newly decorated. Was very quiet, even though in the city center. Perfect parking service. Nice breakfast restaurant with attentive service. Quick and efficient service at front desk. Will come back again.

The hotel was extremely clean. At arrival we were notified that our room was upgeaded to Junior suite and Veronika at the reception took her time to give us her best restaurant tips. Highly appreciated.
When we got to the room a bootle of red wine and chocolates were waiting for us. Superb reception and service! Also the breatfast is plentyful of great chioces.

They allocated us the room in the 9th floor, there wasnt access with the lift. When we asked the reason, they said us, little number of room left so we gave you this room. Why? Are We not your customer? Hair dryer was not working. We chose this hotel among others so that it is the best option. Unfortunately, it was disappointing experience for me. Don’t recommend

Fantastic hotel sister to the Imperial, small but excellent with a great restaurant attached (next door). On a quiet street but short walk to old town and nearest metro station - would highly recommend.

5 Star hotel at an extremely reasonable price. Was super impressed with the room, staff and hotel overall. I didn't have a chance to try the food or workout so I can't comment on those. But the location was excellent, gorgeous city!!

We had a fantastic experience at The Cosmopolitan. The staff at the front desk, at the breakfast dining and housekeeping all made our trip worth remembering and a memorable one. Definitely recommend the property. Fantastic service and hospitality.

Hotel was so beautiful and the staff were so accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, had at least two plates full it was so good. The fitness room was ok but the sauna was small and was a bit disappointing there was no pool or tube. Room was excellent, very cosy. Will be staying again

We stayed here is February,for a long weekend, it is lovely and central,beatifully clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful,I will definitely be back.

Slightly removed from the old town which made it quieter and less touristy. It was a close walk into the historical sites, and also very close to shopping and restaurants. Really loved the location. The building is lovely, rooms are pretty standard, nothing ground breaking there, but relaxing. Restaurant and hotel breakfast were really comprehensive and good value. Staff were nice when solicited but not offering anything in terms of advice or information unless pushed a bit.

We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights and the staff were polite and friendly. The room was always spotless and impeccable.
The sheets were changed every two days. Room turnover service is attended to every night with chocolate left on the bed pillows.
The room windows were easy to operate, which impressed my partner. I am confident that I will return to this hotel in the future.
