Fine for a no-frills single night before flying out. Clean and modern design. Quiet. Staff were helpful with finding transportation options for dinner about 5 minutes drive away. Highly recommend the excellent Italian restaurant we went to, Fabiano's. The free shuttle to the airport was also prompt and easy.

The hotel is very clean and organized. The food is above average. The only thing I did not like the staff are not very helpful and courteous when I asked for assistance.

Unhelpful desk staff day and night , no airport shuttle available, 10pm at night and spent €35 getting to hotel when it specifically states airport shuttle. No one answered phone . When I finally arrived he passed blame to airport end . Lady in kitchen was nice but again receptionist in morning was blunt and rude when needed advice. Was put in a room near reception so could hear every conversation so barely slept. Very clean though and breakfast was very fresh and nice . Staff need lessons in pleasantries though.

We stayed one night in connection to an early morning flight. A free airport transfer and takeaway breakfast was arranged for us. We had a good night sleep and were very happy for our hotel choice.

I have stayed in many airport hotels, and this one is excellent. It is clean, not run down, quiet and has excellent air conditioners. The shower was great, although the bathroom towels were up on a high shelf and difficult to reach for a short person.
A breakfast bag was provided since we had an early flight. The complimentary shuttle service took us to the airport in the morning. The front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Great check in and check out experience. I missed some of the complementary items such as shower products or a stocked fridge. Also, I had to plug in the fridge or hot water pitcher, which may just be something new to me. There is lots of construction and no in hotel restaurant or nearby restaurant to have late at night, so it was most convenient for being close to the airport and not for pleasure.

Proximity of the hotel to airport is great. Hotel offered airport pick-up service, and despite confirmation of my flight details and particulars, no one was there to pick me. In which case, I took a cab to the hotel, and was refunded the cab a fare.
The biggest let-down would have to be the insolence of the reception staff that received me; she was exceptionally rude for unknown reasons. I had made separate bookings for my room due to some change in itinerary, and was trying to explain to the receptionist; but was rudely dismissed saying it was not the case until after some time she found both my bookings.
Otherwise, room was tidy and clean and pleasant for short stays.

Everything was great except the transportation to the airport
We asked for transfer of four people with four large suitcases. The car that arrived was too small to accomodate us comfortably. The driver was 15 minutes late and claimed he did not get the correct information from the hotel staff.

Everything was great. From the airport pick up to check out. Breakfast was nice and fresh, receptionists always very helpful and location is good with good connections to the centre. Room was clean, excellent shower with different settings and comfy beds. Would definitely stay again if back in Prague.

We had a great experience here! We are a family of 5, three young kids, and we booked a “family room” on the Expedia. It had 4 single beds, and the hotel allowed my 4 year old to share a bed with me for no additional charge. We emailed in advance to set up the free airport taxi service as the website instructed, and it was great and hassle-free. There was a driver waiting for us with our name on a sign. The room was sparkly clean with comfy beds and a nice bathroom with hot shower. Excellent free breakfast buffet. If you arriving late this hotel is a great choice!
