Zazz was a bit different, but it worked. I got there late at night, there were very few parking spaces. I was able to find the last one. There was a charge (I think $10) for parking within their lot.

Nice cozy boutique hotel, very well situated in a thriving restaurant area.

Checked in. Very limited parking. A motel not a hotel as the name would suggest. Lounge/speakeasy had limited hours, nice accommodation but on second floor and no elevator. Housekeeping staff did not speak English even enough for us to request additional towels

We had a great stay, room was adorable. Loved all the art and decor on the property. Our only critique was our one experience in the speak easy, the bartender that evening was not very knowledgeable in making traditional cocktails and knowledge of food/restaurants in the area. You have done an amazing job revitalizing the hotel and we hope that continues to spread to the east.

Kitschy place. Partying late into the night by upstairs neighbors made sleep nearly impossible for a couple of hours after a long drive and before an early morning departure.

Cute property in a great location; central to lots of restaurants and the University. Staff very friendly.

Great Boutique motel right in Knob Hill great restaurants around, shopping and fun. Speakeasy bar on sight is a blast.

Overall the place was fantastic! However I was not a huge fan of the bed (too hard for my taste) and the down pillows too soft and woke up a few times to refluff them. With the hotel close to central it was actually not noisy at all during the night we stayed. The place is very inviting and cute! The speakeasy was a classy touch. We had a few drinks to top off the evening.

Comfortable bed, charming rooms with nice touches. Enjoyed going to the speakeasy with secret password!

This was our second time staying here. And, as before, we had a wonderful stay and great check-in service. The room was unique and clean. We had no issues with it at all. We plan to stay again in the future. :)

I rarely stay at boutique hotels, but I was excited to try Hotel Zazz. I was not disappointed. I enjoyed the modern decor and the signature toiletries, specifically the lotion. I enjoyed the speakeasy bar and during the day as a workspace. Many thanks to Dave for the restaurant recommendations including Pharmacy across the street and Sherri for your hospitality during check-in and making awesome Palomas at the bar. Don't forget to check out the Happy Hour! The location is excellent as well lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I had a wonderful time at Jazz. This place has history and meaning to the owner and it shows. Everything is specially crafted and designed to showcase the old and new of New Mexico. The location was next to all the best restaurants and interesting places to visit. The staff are welcoming and very kind. They will tell you all the best places to eat and how to get to the local attractions. Next time I am in the area, I will be sure to stay at Zazz!!

This is the BEST hotel in the area. Beautifully decorated, well-appointed, incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, and a gorgeous bathroom. All of the little details really make this a stand out accommodation - local artisanal soaps and teas, a thoughtful and helpful staff, inspired art, and much more (I don’t want to ruin the surprises). It is also close to delicious restaurants, in Nob Hill, and within walking distance to UNM. I will not only be staying here again but will also be recommending this to fellow travelers. Thank you for creating such a Zazzy place!!!

Amazing and awesome rooms love the vibe and experience here.

Great value for a great room. Friendly staff and beautiful property. Fun decor and innovative art to view. We’ll definitely be back. FYI- parking is limited and not always close to your assigned room, and traveling with my mom who is handicapped required dropping her off at the room and parking on the street, so try to request a spot when booking since we didn’t realize parking was limited.

Great place to stay in Nob Hill! Easy walk to UNM and tons of great stores and restaurants.

As a construction project manager I would take issue with the craftsmanship of the remodel. But the staff was welcoming. Great concept but I think they missed the mark.

A great option from the normal large hotel chains. This place is colorful and fun. The rooms were nice and I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel, staff, service and location are all great if you're looking to explore Albuquerque. It's clear that much care was put into making the hotel a reflection of the best parts of Albuquerque and Nob Hill.
Couldn't recommend it more highly.

No hair dryer in the room. Had to wait until 8:30 the morning of departure for one of the limited ones on site, which delayed our exit. Charged for parking when the lot is only 1/2 full, which is a bit petty. No microwave, which is pretty standard for most places in this price range. Too few towels for a two person stay. They placed an extra pending charge to my account for "incidentals" of $160 w/o my knowledge. Their facility doesn't offer anything that expensive that could justify this hold and of course I didn't buy anything. Though they say this will be removed accordingly, I've never had such a high incidental hold placed on my account at any hotel including very high end luxury establishments.

From check in to check out it was an easy experience. The the rooms were decorated with theme of bananas and giraffes with an art colors. They accommodated me when I asked if I could have a first floor room, my disability. Excellent customer service and check out and check

Great stay at a classic Route-66 motel in the interesting Nob Hill neighborhood.

Place is super cute! Parking is a little hard on Saturday due to speakeasy but staff calls when parking opens up!

Such a cool place! Every room is a little different and very comfortable. I don't intend to stay in any other hotel than this one in Albuquerque.

Hotel was family run operation with attentive service. The location was safe but cramped. Bathroom's did not have a fan and window contained broken lock to rear exterior of hotel creating a potential safety issue for females or theft.$10 parking fee not listed on Hotels.com. Overall good stay for the $.

Extremely rare excellent customer service! Everything was good.

The design is tastefully contemporary. Everything is new and spotless. I chose this hotel after a previous visit to the speakeasy-style bar, which is well-lit and comfortable. The staff at both the lounge and the hotel were friendly and professional. In a world where it is increasingly difficult to find a place where it seems like people are thoughtful about what they do, Zazz stands out.

Beds are like concrete and you get hit with a $10/night parking fee punishing you for booking through hotels.com. Floors were so filthy that after one walk from the bed to the bathroom my feet were black.
