We were there for a sports camp and chose the property primarily based on its proximity to the facility. It was great because traffic in the area can be rough. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy. Will be back.

Excellent location-within minutes to supplies, entertainment, outdoor activities, but, in an environment that offered a quiet, relaxing, experience! Everything was just as described and photographed.

The cabin was nice. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Being senior citizens, the tv remotes were somewhat confusing. We would definitely stay there again.

The cabin was just perfect! It was very close to downtown Gatlinburg, cute pond out front, my kids loved the bunk beds and arcade games! We will be back!

The cabin was perfect for our family of four. We all loved the arcade games and watching the ducks across the road at the pond.

Our stay started off with going up the stairs that had not been maintained, and were slick from the rain. After getting the door open we entered and a smell hit us in the face. The carpet and couch felt damp and the bathroom off the bedroom smelled like urine and we had to keep the door closed so we didn’t smell that all night. We started putting our things away and noticed that the bathtub was so dirty we couldn’t use it. In the bedroom, the pillows(2 small pillows) that were provided were totally inadequate along with one blanket and the sheets were so thin you could watch TV through them. The dresser was so old that it was difficult to even open the drawers because the drawers did not pull out straight and they were old and dirty. The living room, the couch was so broken in that I had a hard time getting out of it I sat down and along with that there were no pillows on either of the couches in the living room. The fireplace was very nice, which we really needed it because there were no comforters, and certainly no blankets in the bedroom. The bathroom upstairs was much nicer. It’s just too bad I had to go upstairs to take a bath or a shower. The overall feel of this cabin was totally disappointing at best. The kitchen was ok except for what looked like small roaches.

This cabin is located in a nice area. There are no good views of the mountains from it; however, there is a pond across the road that has a peaceful view.
We we unable to enter the cabin upon arriving due to not receiving the information from our host. Our messages went unanswered so we had to contact VRBO. They were able to help us contact someone to help. After waiting on the porch for over an hour, we were able to enter the cabin.

Everything was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for cooking, relaxing etc. Property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to relax and be with the family. The games were a hit with the kids and the hot tub allowed for a nice ending to each day. Also, the cabin was perfectly located just a few miles between both towns. Our family will be back!

We decided to stay the week of the 4th of July in Gatlinburg with family and found this cabin rental through VRBO. The place was the perfect size for our group and the host was ridiculously accommodating. The cabin had it all! A jacuzzi, grill, kitchen, laundry, enough beds for all, great location and an amazing host. They even had arcade games in the cabin and a duck pond across the street! The host sent coupons, fun activity ideas and other charming notes. We highly recommend! it felt like we were staying at a friend cabin. 5 stars!

My family of 4 had a great time !! The Yeti Lodge was well maintained and well stock with needed items. If was very easy to navigate to and from town whether going to Gatlinburg or into Pigeon Forge. It's very quiet and peaceful despite being located by the entrance to the community. The community pool was very nice and had a great range of hours. My family really enjoyed the arcade games, feeding the ducks/fish in the pond right across from the cabin, and sitting outside on the deck at night listening to the cicadas. Overall I would absolutely recommend the Yeti Lodge to someone looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

When we walked in it was so clean!! Smelled clean!! Very pretty and spacious. Had everything you need in kitchen and bathrooms. Hot tub very comfortable and CLEAN! Scenery was outstanding. Right across from a pond. The owner was personable and a text away if we needed ANYTHING. Family voted to go back to same location next year. A BIG thank you.

This cabin was great. The location was perfect just off the main road far enough to be secluded and also not be a long trip to town. The arcade consoles were a big hit the kids loved them and the hot tub. The included baby gate was nice which allowed us to make sure our 2 year old couldn't wonder down the stairs at night while we were asleep. It was a great trip and and a great place to stay. You won't be disappointed booking this cabin.

I went with some friends and the communication with management was fantastic. They emailed us and checked in ahead of time. Once there they checked in on us. We had a minor issue which they corrected immediately but nothing that made any inconvenience for us. Definitely would go back

This cabin was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean, neighborhood was great, and the location was close to downtown but far enough that you still feel like “you’re in the mountains”. Communication from the owner was great! Can’t recommend this place enough.

The house is well maintained and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace in the mornings, the hot tub and the multi game machine. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Our family of five had a wonderful spring break stay. Upon arrival we immediately noticed how clean the cabin was - we've stayed in a lot of rentals over the years and this was definitely a step above! I cooked several meals in the cabin and found the kitchen to be well stocked. (There's even a crockpot, both a Keurig and regular coffee pot, plus plenty of pots/pans and dishes.) We all enjoyed the hot tub and though at first were a little self conscious of it being on the front porch, we found the elevation and porch railing gave privacy. The beds were all comfortable and the queen bunk beds in the upstairs room worked well for our three daughters. Adults and kids alike had fun with the arcade games, and watching the ducks that came to visit every morning! The location was very convenient - only about 2.5 miles to downtown Gatlinburg, about 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and a grocery store about a mile away. We wish there had been more chairs for the dining table, but were able to make what was there work since our youngest is four and could use the high chair as a chair at the table.
Overall this was just a great property for our family. Justin was very responsive both before and during our stay. And we will definitely look to stay here on our next visit!

My daughter and I stayed for an extended weekend to ride Polar Express and enjoy all gatlinburg and pigeon Forge has to offer. The house was well maintained and very clean. We love the location and close proximity to gatlinburg and short trip to Bryson City for the train ride. Communication prior to arrival was great. I was very pleased and would recommend staying here when visiting the area
