Service staff were brilliant. Pleasant, friendly and always very attentive and quick to assist with anything needed or answer any questions. The room was great with excellent facilities for a traveller looking to prepare their own food etc with the kitchenette and a decent sized fridge.
The room and hotel were reasonably new however showed signs of “high traffic”, ie marks on walls and some stains on the sofa bed, a little mould in the shower.
Pricing is a little high for things like laundry and drinks and coffee in the lobby, however the lobby and common / restaurant / bar area are very nice and well setup.
The area is good, close enough to the action and there’s also a Tesco Express and some good restaurants nearby. Jamieson is a 5 min walk.

We loved how walkable this hotel was from the city centre and it was in a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of the temple bar area. This hotel has all the amenities you need, including an electric water kettle. We were happy with the space and hotel, would consider staying here again for future trips to Dublin.

Rooms nicely sound proof, but missed the option to open windows despite the OK ventilation system.

This hotel is very well located. the rooms are clean and spacious but we stayed for almost a week and it was not cleaned or towels replaced while we where staying. you could ask for it, and we did but even then it didn’t happen. Everything else with this hotel is a 10/10

When we arrived before regular checkin time hoping for 1 (of 8) room we were pleasantly surprised when a shift manager (did not catch the name, but short blonde hair, girl originally from Greece) was able to get the whole group rooms. The whole staff was super nice and supportive. We do recommend the hotel, (might upgrade some beds mattresses) good breakfast.

The room was upgraded (for a fee) on arrival. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable but we weren’t there to stay in the room so we weren’t overly concerned. There were also numerous stains on the carpet. The tap in the kitchen sink was badly fitted and wobbled around terribly. Considering it is a rather new building, there were a few rough around the edges bits. But the location was brilliant for where we wanted to go. The staff were really helpful too, and we were never disturbed, it was quite quiet

Fantastic, our experience from start to finish was a five star experience. All the staff, especially Andy were friendly and helped to make our stay top class. The hotel is in a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was only a 7min walk away from temple bar area. Clean and comfortable. 3 girls staying for one night in the one room and there was plenty of space for us. Friendly staff.

Spacious, clean room which offered good value in a decent location. Room was really quiet and minimal street noise. Shower was really good. Staff very friendly. Couple of issues, bed really hard and quite uncomfortable, same with pillows. Also unable to reduce air con temp in room so was quite stuffy

This hotel is perfect. Staff is so friendly. Great location. I was very impressed. The lobby was a great place to grab a drink and relax as well. Rooms were very spacious. The shower pressure was fantastic. Loved the living room / kitchen area .

Good service, average hotel. Room not that clean, beds not terribly comfortable, breakfast was average.

It was great choice after comparing it with other accommodations. It met my criteria when choosing a hotel. Clean, reasonable price, and centrally located. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Andy and Nildo. They were so helpful and accommodating from the time we arrived and upon check-out. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time in Dublin, the hotel was in a great position, clean and did what we needed. Staff were always brilliant especially Kyle who checked us in. Thank You for a great stay. The breakfast was also fab and reasonably priced too ❤️

Great place to stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful, I liked the hotels way of not servicing the room and giving you any thing that was needed

We stayed here for 2 nights coming from the UK. Me, my girlfriend, Mum and Dad. Within 3 hours of landing in Dublin, my Mum suffered a stroke and was taken to hospital. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more supportive. They went above and beyond, looked after my Dad with food and drinks (especially Ruslana and Alba (I think that’s how you spell it)). They helped us with breakfast and transport around the city etc. The rooms were excellent, they looked like they’d never been used.

Really nice rooms loved how clean they were. The shower was amazing. However, both the shower temperature and the HVAC system could allow you to be just a touch warmer.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and the breakfast was fabulous!

Noisy, dirty, ‘too secure’…need a key for everything! So annoying!

Great location for a short stay in Dublin City. Close to public transport, restaurants and interesting stores. Our room was small, but comfortable, and the service was efficient and friendly.
Parking is off-site, so that is something to keep in mind if you're arriving by car with luggage.

Location was ideal for easy access to bars and amenities
Nice property and facilities within the room

Very small rooms. If you need sleeping for three, it is important to note that a "sofa bed" is actually a chair with a mattress in it. Not at all comfortable for an average sized person to sleep on

Clean and spacious room. Smart TV not working

The room was not cleaned very well, including a nice clump of hair behind the door. The bed was unbelievably hard, like I checked if I was laying on a wooden board (not kidding). Hotels are not known for the most comfortable beds, but this was by far the worst I’ve ever slept on… for the couple of hours I could sleep.
