About this condo rental
Our flat is really big in the ancient and central Montmartre at 10 minutes from Sacre Coeur, you can visit everything by walking! Also the biggest advantage is that it's so quiet and cozy that you would want to stay more! :) Situated in a beautiful typical Parisian building, all new and renovated, decorated and furnished by an interior designer, with a modern and elegant touch. Fully equipped, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, towels, sheets, shower, television, wifi ... The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds. In the living room you can relax in our cozy couch that opens into a bed for two persons. The bedding is made from a mattress of really good quality. Closets and arrangements all over you that you can organize better and more easily. This charming apartment has been designed to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern facilities, fully accessible, very good bedding, new bathroom, dinner table for 6 persons, all situated in a quiet building, no traffic noise, all bright, extremely well located in Paris. The location is fantastic. Short walk to Montmartre, lots of cafe and restaurants nearby, metro in a short walking distance.

We stayed in montmatre for 5 nights with our two teenage kids. The location was very convenient for walking around and exploring Paris. The communication and checkin was excellent. The apartment itself is very small, however it was functional and quiet. It was great to have a little kitchen and a lounge area with a dining table - we had dinner at home most nights to save money - there are lots of great places to get take away food that can then be heated up.

We loved the area! Having an entire flat was awesome! A little noisy with neighbors (nothing a sound machine can’t fix). Lots of great restaurants with sacre Couer a 10 min walk. If you turn left and go out of the apartment to the end of the street there is a busy street with lots of restaurants businesses etc. on it. Heading right out of the apartment and turning left and head up hill to Monmarte. Definitely would stay again!
We loved the food at Le Progres, Adelaide & Monbleu.

We changed our lodging plans at the last minute when our number of travelers went down by 5 and we realized we had booked someplace too large. This apt was available and we snapped it up. It is quite tiny but served our needs just fine. We were five persons and had a young adult on the couch. We make do w/ one bathroom & in Paris you're sightseeing all day and never there. Tiny galley kitchen but was fine for what we needed (fridge is small apt sized). Keurig type coffee maker and we bought pods at a nearby market that had anything we needed including beer/wine, etc. Location can't be beat. Plenty nearby, quiet location. It's a walk up a few flights of stairs, no biggie for us. Very clean. We had a shower drain issue early on that was addressed promptly. The driver who was sent to the airport by the property mgr/owner was very late and we waited an awfully long time; probably wouldn't do that again but it's very nice to have a driver who knows exactly where the property is. Tough call. Other than that very long wait at the airport, the property itself was most excellent.

We had a lovely stay at this charming apartment in Montmartre. Our host Vincent was incredibly responsive, the apartment was spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is quite convenient, just a short walk from Sacre Couer. However despite being located near both the Montmartre and Pigalle neighborhoods, it was very quiet at night. We had a wonderful time. Check out KB coffee, which is just a steps from the apartment. All in all a wonderful location, great value, and beautiful little place to stay.

We stayed at the apt in early October 2023 and it was a fantastic location. Quiet at night with really good boulangeries at both ends of the street + good size Franprix. It's close to Montmartre and metros (10 min walk). It is worth checking out the restaurants on Rue Maguerite de Rochechouart for dinner.
Vincent was an excellent host and was at the apt to meet us when we arrived after 9pm following a flight from Belfast. He was really responsive to any questions and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apt when we had a late afternoon train back to London - this was a lifesaver! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom is spacious by Paris standards. It is on the first floor with no lift but that was manageable and it was really secure.

This property was in a great location....close to main tourist attractions but not too close to be noisy in the evening. Clean property! Quick and easy instructions once we arrived at the rental and able to check in early which was extremely helpful with all our luggage. Extra help with transportation to and from the rental as well which was so helpful being in a different country! Thanks!

Pro's:
Fabulous location! Minutes to Sacre Coeur, easy walk to all sites. Subway and bus system close that gets you anywhere in Paris.
Our family of 5 was quite comfortable sleeping, cooking and eating in the apartment. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of amenities nearby, fruit markets, butchers, grocery stores, bakeries (some really great bakeries in the neighbourhood!). Everything you need to live there and be comfortable.
Cons:
The courtyard can be a bit loud early on weekdays when people are leaving for work and dropping their garbage. Otherwise very quite.
The sheets for the spare beds had stains on them.
No dryer, only a washing machine so was hard to do laundry for 5.
All in all I would recommend this space. The hosts were attentive and responsive. They scheduled a car to pick us up and take us back to the airport and always responded in a timely manner.
I would stay again.

We very much enjoyed our time at this apartment. It is just as shown in the photos. The location was great for being close to metro, restaurants, the Sacre Coeur, etc. For a family of 5 the beds worked well. Our We'd definitely stay again.

Lovely little flat in a great neighborhood. The property was conveniently located close to several metro stations and lots of cafes/patisseries/groceries. We had a great time and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We traveled to Paris with our 4 kids ( 16, 14, 11, & 8). This apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay. The neighbor is prefect!. It has several cafes, bakeries, restaurants, & mini market. Every morning my husband would walk to the corner to buy hot chocolate and croissants for breakfast, miss that so much. Vicent was great at communicating with us, specially prior to our trip. He even set up a driver that we were able to contact several times through out our trip. There are a couple of metro options, about 10 minute walk. There are also several bus stops near by. Would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Vicent!

Vincent's apartment is very tidy and contained all the necessary amenities for a stay. The apartment is quite cramped but that may be the standard for Paris apartments. The apartment is in a safe and quieter street but also nearby bars and restaurants with energy. We were able to find a restaurant in close proximity.
Vincent was very responsive to our questions and was very flexible - he allowed us to check in early which gave us more time in Paris which we are very grateful for!
The apartment has a washing machine however since there is no space to dry the clothes outside, we had to use the laudromat on the street to dry the clothes (it is about 2 min walk away). There is a great bakery on the street (about 1 min walk away called Mamiche) which has delicious food.
We would definitely stay at Vincent's place next time we come to Paris!

Vincent and Severine’s apartment was perfect for our trip to Paris! The location was exactly what we were looking for. Adorable neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and shops and access to all the tourist attractions! They made the check in process so easy by arranging our transportation from the train station to the apartment and having a host meet us there to welcome us and familiarize us with the unit. The unit was stocked with some supplies to get us started. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a set of stairs to access so if you have mobility issues or very large luggage this could be a challenge. We pack light so it was no issue. If you’re looking to visit Paris and stay a little outside the “tourist” area I highly recommend! Thank you again Vincent and Severine!

We are a family of 4 (two parents/ two kids) (ages 6 and 11) and we absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was spacious enough for us to have a place to relax after a day of touring the city. It was clean and well-stocked with necessities. We used all the appliances and they were in perfect working order. The neighborhood was safe and easily accessible to the grocery store, restaurants and the Metro. We utilized the driver to and from the airport and it was the best decision. It made our arrival and departure so easy and seamless. The driver had a larger car for all our luggage and it could not have been more simple. I would recommend this location to anyone! Thank you so much- we had a great family vacation!!!

My husband, my teenage son and I just returned from staying here for a week. The apartment is located in a nice area, inside is very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Location is super convenient to everything we needed. Highly recommend.

In spite of the French garbage strike, the location is in a quiet neighborhood street, and is close to many cafes, restaurants, and boulangeries. Half a mile fro Sacre Cour. The VRBO listing is accurate. Communication with the property manager was efficient and mostly clear. There was a mix up on check out day regarding where to leave the keys and taxi payment, but it got resolved.

Vincent was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged private transport to and from the main train station. The apartment is close to the metro. Convenient grocery store nearby as well. We enjoyed our time here.

This little flat is a gem. The neighborhood is filled with delicious food and shopping. The apartment is cozy with everything you need. Vincent is accessible and super helpful. We found it quick and easy to get anywhere in the city. It was a beautiful Christmas experience.

Perfect location and a brilliant host. Everything was easy with lots of communication. Vincent arranged transport for us with local drivers and had someone meet us on arrival to show us through the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and was perfect for the 3 of us. Great location with a supermarket a few doors down, amazing cafes etc at the end of the street, metro an easy walk. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Vincent!

We loved staying at Vincents apartment in Paris. It was in an awesome neighborhood with restaurants and lots of charm. Very close to a Metro stop that allowed us to get most places easily. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and accommodated our family of 4 very nicely. It was clean and comfortable. Vincent was quick to respond to any questions and made sure to have someone meet us at the apartment on arrival to let us in. Everything was super smooth. If we ever return to Paris I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Convenient to the Metro with amenities like laundry (clothes dryer), groceries and excellent bakeries just steps away. Monmartre will give you an excellent idea of life in a Parisian neighborhood. We appreciated being picked up from Charles de Gaulle airport and driven to Gare du Nord for our trip home. We loved staying at Vincent's delightful apartment. It was close to Montmartre yet far enough away to feel we were in a very authentic neighbourhood. The check in was easy with us opting for the pick up from Gare du Nord that Vincent arranged and on arrival we were met and taken up to the apartment. While it wasn't ready we were able to leave our suitcases and go off for a leisurely lunch.
While the apartment is small it didn't adversely impact us as we were out exploring. We enjoyed looking out over the courtyard and loved the quaint staircase.
The neighbourhood felt very safe walking back in the evening. We enjoyed delicious pastries from the boulangerie opposite the little supermarket just a minute walk away. Vincent provided lots of information in advance. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice apartment for our family vacation in Paris for a couple of days. Small, especially kitchen and bathroom, but in great city location close to all the sights and very clean and new in a safe building. Hosts were great and listing was accurate.

It was a great location and a comfortable apartment for the 4 of us. The listing clearly stated that it had a washer and dryer. When we arrived, we noticed the the washer unit did not have drying capabilities. When we pointed this out to Vincent, he apologized and said that we were the first guests to ever mention this to him. Having a washer and dryer was very important to us as we were traveling internationally and wanted to be able to do our laundry. We ended up having to hang all of our clothes on hangers around the apartment to air dry.

Our family of four had an amazing stay in Paris. Part of the great experience was due to the splendid apartment we rented. Vincent (owner) and his team were wonderful from pick up (at the train station) through check out. Every portion of the apartment and surrounding neighborhood were accurately described on the VRBO website and we would rent this space again and will recommend the apartment to our friends and family when they plan to visit the wonderful city of Paris.
