It a a small, older place, but we loved it. The location and the fact that the beach was less crowded in front of the Ambassador was great!

Had read some not so good reviews about music all hours of the night because of schuckums across the street and ac and cleanliness. We had ZERO issues with this place. The family karaoke across the street stays open till ten and we had a blast!! Being able to drink some beers, listen to music and literally walk less than 100yrds to your room was a 100% plus!!! Ac stayed ice cold! Everything worked just fine! Shower had hot water, not that you needed hot water! The beach being right out the back door was amazing my wife loved everything about this place! We will rent here again!!! Great location. Once we parked everything is in walking distance. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Beds full of sand and sheets were stained. Dishwasher was full of unwashed dishes. Pans with food were placed back in the cabinet. Shower curtain had broken rings and mold on the curtain itself. 4 towels for 5 adult guests. Thick dust all over everything. Fridge has stuff stuck to the shelves. Cannot stand upstairs if youre above 5 foot 8. Lights from awning blind whoever is sleeping in the living room. Weird ceiling fans in loving room do not move air and extremely loud. The timer on the lights is also broken so they come on about every 2 hours while youre trying to sleep. Master Bedroom had no tv remote. Listing was very deceptive all the way around. No elevators. Bathroom is in master bedroom which is inconvenient if you have alot of guests. Host does not respond to your messages. Definitely would not recommend.

Overall I have stayed at this condo twice now and the first time I stayed it was very nice and clean. The second time (the most recent) I was disappointed to find empty food wrappers and old food under 2/3 beds. There was also something sticky all over one of the counters. The host had very good communication prior to my arrival and stated if I had any issues to please contact within 24 hours of our arrival. I message the host about the trash and food under the bed but I never received a response. Other than those things the condo was nice being on the beach and not far from pier park. Also within just a few minute walk to several restaurants and stores. One down side to the location is a karaoke bar is right across the street and you can hear loud music playing pretty late into the night.

Condo is in a perfect location! Pics are accurate. We only had 4 of us staying and it was perfect! Condo does sleep more than 4 of course. We can’t wait to visit again and stay here in September!

This property is in an awesome location. Older building but the unit has been updated and is nice. You'll definitely enjoy your stay.

Nice place looks like pics. Theres a karaoke bar accros the street but it didn't bother us none gave us some evening entertainment sometimes plus they shut down shop over there like 10 p.m. All in all we loved the place very roomy and accommodating for my family.

The renting process was hassle free . Property was ready when we arrived .our rental was clean very spacious. Beach front We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely book again. Thanks again to the property owners of 332 ambassador. Panama City Florida 😎

Good location

I'll start with the pros.... Great Location Building overall OK Pool was good and we often had it to ourselves Beach access was fantastic Now for the negative and 2 star review When we arrived and began packing all of our bags up, my daughters took off their shoes and started playing.. their feet within minutes were black and covered in dirt. That made me start actually looking around at the place, all the dishes that I took out of cabinets/drawers were dirty, every corner had dirt, inches of dust on wall pictures/candles, trash in the cans under the bags, inside of the air conditioners were caked with dust. We immediately had to go to walmart and get cleaning supplies so we could get it manageable for us for the week. Blinds were broken on the patio door. No curtain separating the bed downstairs from the common area. Upstairs the air conditioner would not cool it to anything lower than 82, so it was basically not usable. Had to buy a box fan to put at the master bedroom door to pull air into the living room and kitchen as the living room air conditioner also was not functioning well. The lights from the patio makes the master bedroom pretty bright for sleeping and there is no way to turn them off. The place smelled like smoke and the bathroom vent fan was barely working. This is the only place I've ever stayed that literally only provides 1 kitchen towel with no pot holders. The silverware organizer was also nasty. The building has 2 each coin operated washers and dryers on the 3rd floor, 1 washer had a sign all week that it was out of order and the other took our money twice, this left us buying 30 dollars worth of towels and sitting at a laundry mat on Thursday. Honestly this could be a decent condo IF it had a very very deep clean and the air conditioners were fixed, but as it is I would not stay again and would not recommend.

The condo was nice my only issues with this unit is the air conditioningand the dirty dishes. This unit had 2 air conditioning units in it but need to be serviced especially the one in the livingroom area and the fan upstairs had to be cleaned out the filter was very dirty, the only way to keep the condo somewhat comfortable was to keep all the doors open at all times but never got cooler then probably 76 degrees and no matter what I tried the bathroom stayed HOT I even put a fan by the door to circulate the air...did not help. The kitchen was nice and had marble counter tops but the dishes put up in the cabinets had old food stuck to them. This condo would be good if it had better cleaning and a/c.

There was so much wrong with this place. It was dirty. Here's a short list of some of the issues we had. Dirty dishes. Some of the dishes that were in the cupboards for us to use were dirty and you could tell they hadn't even tried to wash them. One had grease and food on it still. Lack of information/communication. Said she was sorry for not getting up with me before I left on my trip. There was only enough towels for 4 people. Only 1 roll toilet paper. No dishwasher soap. Had no idea how to get access to our room because we wasn't provided a room code or key. Used Toothbrush found sitting in the closet in master bedroom. Dirt in bathroom. Toilet was dirty on top, small piles of dirt in the corners and some more along the base boards. Baseboards were nasty. Doesn't sleep 9. 2 king beds - 4 people, 1 queen bed - 2 people and couch sleeper - 2 people. That equals 8. Pictures are misleading. Makes the place look a lot bigger. Luckily we had good weather the whole time because that was very small for 9 people to be able to stay in. Curtain that was supposed to be used as a divider to the bed in the common area was missing. Blind on door out to the balcony was broken. Only 5 could sit and eat at a time in the dining room. Light switch not working in master bedroom. Balcony door doesn't latch. No bedding for the hidabed. Had to go purchase a set of sheets. The mattress was absolutely disgusting. Floors not swept. There was sand everywhere in the place when we arrived. Hot in room. The ac units that are there were not enough to keep the place very cool. It was pretty warm inside the whole time. The refrigerator wasn't working to keep anything cool. Luckily turning it off and back on did something and it started working.

The house wasn't clean. The fridge smelled like rotten fish. We didn't have a beach front view like we thought we were getting. We were not allowed to get on the balcony. Great location but late night parties across the street could keep you up if you have difficulty going/staying asleep.

To start, the booking process was very easy. The property location is very close to the pier and walking distance of many restaurants and shops. That may be the only positive things I can say. When we arrived, the room was DISGUSTING! It had not been clean from the previous tenants. Their trash was still in the cans, an awful odor, dirty liens, food on floor, mold in the bathrooms, to name a few things. We immediately reached out to the Contacts listed for the property. I messaged them via VRBO app, because there is no number listed or provided to call/text. The first message went unanswered, so I sent a second message the following day asking specifically about where to take the previous tenates trash. Property owner responded to where I should take the trash, but completely ignored the message the previous day about the horrible smell when we arrived. The same day there was an issue with the locks. They stopped working and you could not get in or out. We reached out to her and she responded that we should get new batteries and they would reimburse us. At some point in the lock started to work, so we didn’t make an extra trip to Walmart to purchase batteries assuming that it had already been fixed. Later that night, around 11 PM, we come back to the room and are locked out. We immediately reach out to the property owner via the app, again not having a telephone number. After no response and hours later, a member of our party, climbed up the drain pipe atop the second floor “balcony” (former drive thru entrance cover) and was able to enter our room via the back door. The property owner responded the following morning asking if we had gotten in explain she did not respond because it was at 11 PM at night. And before anyone ask why we put ourselves and great bodily harm to enter our room instead of calling a locksmith, you must know that the price of locksmiths in PCB is it’s beyond astronomical assuming you can even find one. We are not high-maintenance “Karen’s”. As a matter of fact, I have below-average standards than most bc I’m in my early 20’s and understand quality cost. That being said, cleanliness is not that expensive. As a matter fact it’s a basic expectation of any customer he was paying to stay at any location.

Great!

The owners were absolutely amazing and were able to accommodate us arriving a bit early after our drive from Kentucky. The place was in a great location where we could walk to the pier and pretty much everything else we wanted to do. It can be a little noisy at night with the karaoke bar across the street but it seemed to quiet down after 10-10:30pm. Overall, it was perfect and we would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our family trip to the beach. We loved being able to walk out onto the beach from our condo. The condo was roomy and had a huge kitchen. We loved the central location to many restaurants. Overall our stay was a good one and we had no problems with our stay. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo!

Most horrible place we have ever stayed

Excellent location and price, manager was quick to respond to any problems or questions.

I am normally not one to complain and can dea with messy, but not dirty. Upon arrival, there was still trash in the bathroom trash can. We didn’t even use the bathroom sink on the left hand side because there was slivers of soap in it and toothpaste still on the handle. The toilet was disgusting and I’m thankful that there was cleaner left sitting on the shower because I soaked it and left it sitting overnight before I would even consider taking a shower. I almost felt like I was in college again, where I needed to wear shower shoes. We had been in the room less than an hour and I hear our two pound Morkie chewing on something. When I finally got it away from her, we realized it was a filling from someone’s tooth. That is when I almost threw up. It was obvious that our room had not been cleaned. I’m so thankful that I also brought blankets and pillows because I’m sure the blankets hasn’t been washed either, based on the dark hairs I found on them. I am blonde. We were so disappointed that we left a day early. I feel that a partial refund is definitely deserved and that we left the condo cleaner than we found it. We only stayed in this building because our friends were staying in the same place. Luckily, there room was much nicer and spotless.

Good host, everything was as expected. Would stay again.

I loved being there it just wasn't as clean as I would have expected it when we checked in it was later in the evening we didn't go to the beach but there was sand in the bed the blanket that goes on the bed hasn't been washed I went and bought stuff to clean the bathroom with I just think what we paid it could have been cleaner and the couch was very uncomfortable the wine glasses are dirty other than that we had a great time we would like to have a room next time that goes out to the beach I love that it was pet friendly and the location
