Didn't like the location, nor the hotel itself old furniture. Poor cleaning. Poor lighting in the room. No view you can see other rooms windows an some pipes! Didnt like the atmosphere looked more like 2 star hotel! The check in staff weren't much friendly or even helpful.

When you use hotels.com you always get the worst rooms. I’m going to post pictures to prove it. They are usually the furthest away and always with the worst view. We are ALWAYS placed in front of air conditioning units or inner run down walls, buildings, etc. The discount isn’t really worth it.

Lovely stay in the park hotel residence apartment with our 4 month old baby. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and deluxe! They kindly provided us a travel cot and the room was quiet and equipped with great coffee. Only minor gripe is having to pay an extra €6.50 for room service, but that’s just me being tight! Just down the road from Searson pub which is great

Good location as we were attending a function nearby. Reception was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Rooms very good size, modern and comfortable.
On site Parking was busy but found a space.
Maybe only negative I prefer one pillow to be feather and soft!

A really great hotel in the middle of Ballsbridge Dublin. Modern and chic, great service at a distance. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. I would highly recommend. The surrounding area is very ameinable with lots to do and see. I’ll be back.

Lovely hotel - unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 2am and probably took until 3am to figure out if it’s a fault or not . Very little sleep got . I did ask if we could get some credit or reduction but I was turned down

Very dirty carpet in room with several large stains. Drape edge shredding. Marks on wall.

The park view suites are fantastic. The design and layout were great. The gym needs to be improved to elevate the level of the hotel.

The hotel stay was very accommodating to our needs. The restaurant offers an excellent breakfast buffet, the staff was friendly and professional. The room was inviting and relaxing. The adjoining park offers a peaceful stroll to unwind. It’s a short walk to the city bus routes to get around but walking through the neighborhoods is just as rewarding. Great stay!

Great property, ,location was perfect for our trip. Terrific staff. For sure give Magpie Coffee across the street a go but the in-house breakfast room service is an easy pass.

The room was super well put together and provided more than standard rooms these days like bathrobes and slippers

The Herbert Park is in a very quiet alcove off a busy Dublin neighborhood street. Incredibly safe to walk. Numerous City buses every few minutes if you want to skip the walk into the city center. Park next door. coffee shops and eateries a few minutes walk. Staff some of the nicest I have met. They had extra rooms so upgraded me to a park view and I am not a regular. Great place if on your own or with a family

Overall it was great. But the service in the bar could have been better, it was a bit haphazard. one individual was helpful but then just forgot things. another slightly struggled on english. They were nice when they realised they forgot things, but they just weren't what I would call "on it". Not even being as aware when they went past you to take empty plates, they had that more vacant look of doing one thing at a time. This was all in the main bar. reception was "on it"
