Room was neat and clean. Mattresses could be changed. The room faced the roadway which was extremely noisy all night long. Didn't get much sleep. I asked the person at check in for a quiet room. They said this room would be quiet. I should have insisted on a room on the back side like I normally get at this location.

Elevator was broken and we were on the third floor and the people working the desk were not helpful and did apologize for the inconvenience.

Hotel was well situated next to a McDonalds and a Walmart, along a main thoroughfare. Unfortunately, road noise from the street was an issue when trying to turn in early. Pro tip: ask for a room facing the back of the building.

This hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff very helpful. The hotel is obviously popular with youth sports teams -- we had endless kids running up and down the hallways and making a lot of noise. Otherwise a great place for an overnight on a road trip.

The hotel was generally clean. There was No blanket on our bed. Sauna broken, door to pool broken. Key cards didn't work. Went to breakfast at 830. Coffee was like water. They were out of hot chocolate, cereal, muffins, whipped cream. Overall, I would never pay as much as I did for the experience we had.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep at all in it. The water pressure in the shower was poor. The carpeted floor had some sticky spots on it. Definitely NOT worth the money i paid.

Stay was in one of the suites with the jetted tubs. There were floaty bits in the tub when it was being filled. Probably wouldn’t have noticed but for the light directly above which made them cast shadows. Not sure if it was dried soap scum or something else, but yeah…not cool. The room was seemingly pretty clean other than that. There were copious stains on the carpeting though. Th location is right next to a highway and a fairly busy road, but ear plugs solved the problem. The view is not nice. The breakfast was definitely better than average. We especially liked the coffee machine, particularly the variety of decaf options. The bed was a little weird, but not uncomfortable (unsure what type of mattress it was). Overall, a decent stay, but it could have been better.

We’re able to get a room close to the door because Ivhave a hard time walking. We couldn’t find out how to turn TV on but the staff came right away to help us

Property was clean and reception was good. Pool and hot tub very nice. Water temps good, clean, and not over chlorinated. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Breakfast was better than most for continental style. I’d stay here again.

The location is convenient with a lot of nearby retailers. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. The beds felt worn out, though. I'm not sure if they were a bit lumpy or if I was feeling the springs, or maybe they were just too firm. Whatever it was, they weren't very comfortable to me. Everything else was great, and the breakfast had a decent variety of options.

We booked this trip because my husband is a long haul truck driver and only had 1 full day off before he had to be back on the road again. Becauae of this, we had booked a room for 2 nights with the jetted tub. The idea was thay he'd be able to soak his tired body on his day off. The room itself wasn't bad...at first. The tub worked great, and he did get to use it the first night. However, the bed was so terrible that we had to request to change rooms for the second night. Now, I'm admittedly boogie when it comes to beds and sleep. My husband on the other hand is absolutely NOT picky! He's a 10 year Navy vet who can literally sleep anywhere, and in any position! So when we both had an absolutely terrible night trying to sleep, he told me the bad was bad! Whew, it wasnt just me. Aside from the bed, that particular room was fairly dirty. As in, the cointer area was sticky, the wood blinds were covered in dust, and even the headboard was filthy dusty. The room on the second night didn't have the jetted tub, but we both agreed that a decent night of sleep was worth giving that up. However, our room rate wasnt adjusted to reflect this. Sure, the young lady at the front desk apologized profusely for the uncomfortable bed, but that was out of her control. She did tell me she was going to adjust the room rate, but as we were walking up the stairs with the new room keys, someone (I'm assuming a manager or owner) wanted to know what "that's all about." Our final bill was the same.

The hot water heater was broken, so there was no hot water for showers. While that was annoying, I have to admit having a working hot tub made up for it a little. And, I was given an additional $20 off of the room and they said I would get double points.

We didn't stay because there was no hot water. The staff was very nice and embarrassed that the hot water tank was broken and there was no idea of when it would be fixed. Otherwise it appeared to be a first class hotel.

The hotel could have been a good stay, but I was told when I checked in that there was no hot water and they'd offer me $20. It was late and I only had a few hours to sleep, shower, and get back to work. If they had called me, I would have stayed somewhere else. And I didn't even get the too small $20 offer because I had prepaid the room. Such a waste of my time, stress, and money.

This property was conveniently located and super clean. I was disappointed in the quality, given the price we paid. One of the beds collapsed at one of the corners when we sat on it. We slept on the other bed, but it squeaked a lot when we adjusted our position. The dust ruffle was torn, one of the curtains wasn't hanging right, the fridge wasn't sufficiently cold, and the shower/sink/toilet were all very slow to drain. These things weren't that big of a deal, each on its own, because we were still able to use the plumbing sufficiently, we still had a bed that gave us a mostly adequate night's sleep, and we didn't have anything critical that required a cold fridge. However, having so many things wrong with the room, given the price we paid, was irritating.

We always enjoy staying at Best Westerns. The beds were comfy, and the room was cozy and clean. We always enjoy a hot breakfast, too. Housekeeping did come knocking to clean the room before we checked out, but no worries.

Traveling through, great place to stop for the night. Staff very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Natasha in the breakfast area was amazing. Place was cleaned between guests, great food supply, no one had to wait for anything. She is kind and friendly and certainly gives off the vibe of its going to be a great day. People make the place, she should get a bonus. The pool and hot tub are nice and big. We will stay again

Way too expensive for what you get. It’s clean and if it was cheaper you wouldn’t leave so unsatisfied. The hotel clearly needs some tlc/maintenance throughout. Front desk is the worst I have dealt with at a hotel. Beds are squeaky, key cards don’t work properly, the shower has lukewarm water not hot. Breakfast is just okay but they tend to close it down earlier than advertised. Bedding is thin, same with the walls so you can hear hallway noise. I would expect more when spending over $500

Was a pretty nice place, the pool and spa were awesome, rooms were decent but small TVs and somewhat uncomfortable beds but def not bad for a short stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful and thats where the place really shined.

We enjoyed the property, and the desk staff were excellent. We did have a snafu with our reservations in that Expedia made two of them instead of the one that was requested. This took a bit of time to correct.

The property was nice as well as my room - however because of booking with a third party I was given a room directly at the top of a busy staircase. When I asked to change rooms they were unable to do so. That is a shame because the experience was fine however flexibility was there do to "rules"
