The shuttle service drivers are excellent and very helpful. The only downside was there was 3 attempts to open our door, and really was able to open it that one of us was just after her shower, good thing she was behind the door the she eventually push the door back. And also at 4am in the morning the phone rings for dublin airport but we didn’t ask for it to alarm us and everyone woke up and can’t get back to sleep. I hope next time you have to properly program your keys.

Bedroom lovely, clean, comfortable, bathroom beautiful, large, 2 sinks, massive rainshower. No iron in room and they didn't send one up as promised.
Food in Kittyhawks bar/restaurant very nice apart from instant (decaf) coffee!
24 hour shuttle bus to airport very prompt and convenient.

We all loved it. Great hotel with lovely staff and beautiful, spacious rooms. Delicious food all round. Easy transport from airport to hotel using the hotels courtesy bus and only 20 mins bus ride into Dublin. Taxi back 30 euro.

Great hotel all the staff were so eager to help and the facilities were great

The worst beds in Ireland. Old uncomfortable mattress which is hard to find in Ireland…

Stayed here for one night recently in the rooftop rooms. Suites are very comfortable and you have your own balcony.
Runway 28 Restaurant is an absolute must, the food is out of this world

The hotel took on a cancelled flight full of guests and the 80+ pre-booked guests that hadn't checked in yet were kicked out and sent off to Blanchardstown instead. Not a 30 min bus ride into town as the receptionist promised but 1h30 on several buses. At least the taxi was paid for, but it's not something you want to hear checking in after midnight. Otherwise the room was nice, but don't count on a convenient airport hotel experience. I won't risk it again

Fine for an overnight stay close to the airport

Elderly manager discriminated me and my girlfriend and charged us 250 euro deposit for the night despite 5 people checking in beside us not having to pay a deposit or even mention a deposit

Great location for airport.

For being so close to the airport you could not hear planes taking off and landing. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The bathroom was a bit dated. Shower should be more accessible with the bath. Sink without any unit.

Good for my short stay. Room lighting was very dim, couldn’t read my book. Bed very comfortable. Nice shower.

We flew in late to Dublin and then had early flights out of Dublin so we wanted to be close to th airport and have easy transport. The shuttle was only five minutes from the airport and with the online checkin all we had to do was arrive and grab our room key. Will definitely stay here again for future flights in/out of Dublin.

Check in was incredibly slow despite having filled in check in info before we went. Room was clean and comfortable . Food in downstairs bar was ok, small portions and not overly hot but ok. Couldn’t get to sleep as noise coming from downstairs bar was very loud. I know it was New Year’s Eve but we have stayed at another Dublin airport hotel on NYE and didn’t have the same racket. So only got 4 hours sleep prior to a long flight the next day. Not ideal. Was an average stay but would not stay agin.

Our check-in did not go as planned. We alerted hotel well in advance that we would be arriving from the airport around 3:30pm. When we arrived we were told the room would be ready at 4pm since check-in is at 4pm. No problem--we grabbed a meal in the restaurant and came back around 4:15pm. We waited (and waited) and watched as a number of other guests checked in to their room. We were told that the single rooms were cleaned but our double room (2 adults and 2 kids) was still in the process of being cleaned. We finally got checked in around 5:25pm. Now I realize it was New Year's Eve but communication wasn't great and we had been traveling all day. Sadly, once we checked into the room there was a odd smell (best I could describe as melted/burnt crayons scent) and the carpet in the room was extremely worn. In the end, it worked out fine and we enjoyed our lone day in Dublin but really wish communication could have been better.

The guy who checked us in wasnt very nice.. oldish guy, felt like i was a bit of a burden. Paid the shocinh €15 car park fee on arrival & was told we didnt pay it, only for ut to be investigated before allowing us to leave.. staff were not very nice overall, if im honest!

The hotel was nice and staff were polite and helpful. The young barman was exceptionally helpful and the asian lady. I orfered the chicken dish from the bar menu but it was a very small amount of food for €22. Other than that everything was satisfactory

Nice, clean, good nick 4 star. Handy for the airport (free shuttle) and easy local buses into Dublin (30 minutes). Friendly staff. No complaints.

We arrived early at the hotel. Tired from a lot of travelling. The checkin staff were kind to get us into our room early. We really appreciated that. We had dinner in the rooftop bar. Food was excellent and the older gentleman who served us was very friendly and we appreciated his advice. Breakfast in the hotel was very good. All in all a great experience. Only quibble was the half glass door in the shower in not a good idea.

I was told i had to pay for over night parking. This was no problem. The problem was i got told at check in that i would need to use the ticket machine to pay for my over night carpark and it would be around €10. It actually cost me over €19. Other than this my stay was very good.

Easy check in/out. Clean. In a busy area near airport. Hotel has their own airport shuttle, with convenient times. Has a parking lot. Hotel rooms are large. Appreciated wash cloths in the bathroom. Restaurant in hotel. Only negative...connecting-room door was very thin? I heard everything through it.

Good location if you need to stay close to the airport, the shuttle was very easy.
We checked in late at night, for some reason we were given a room with a disability washroom. Also the room had an odd smell, it was a very uncomfortable night.

Excellent hotel close to Dublin airport.

We arrived a bit after 9pm, restaurant was already closed, bar about to close, so nothing decent to eat anymore... Sad for an airport hotel. The free shuttle from and to the airport was great.
Most people of the staff were quite unfriendly and looked bored/angry/sad, we didn't feel really welcome.
To enter the gym you apparently need a different keycard than for the room, but no information was given. The equipment in the gym is mostly out of order and/or rusty anyway.
So for one night before an early flight it's ok, but not much more.

The shuttle service was amazing and the older gentleman helping me was lovely! <3 The room was clean & staff was extremely pleasant & Helpful. The room service food was also lovely. The Tv was big & I was very happy that I could stream Netflix.
