Stay was short but ok. A loud crazy party went on, not sure the occasion. Seeing as giw it was birthday I just enjoyed the music.

The key machine wasn’t working. Guest manager was very gracious but this put him in an awkward position. Coffee machine in room also didn’t work. Disappointing for a Hotel Indigo.

This was a very nice hotel! We had an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant. The rooms are clean and neat and we slept well. No Airport noise that I remember. I would definitely recommend.

Had a one nights stay here and the hotel was cute and comfortable. My room setup was better than I had envisioned. I was looking for a place close to the airport and this exceeded my expectations.

Horrible Hotel. Beds smelled, dirty showers, I had to ask more then once for extra towels because rooms aren’t cleaned daily or towels replenished and the front desk lady said I had no reservation with Hotel.com making me swipe my card. Once I found my email confirmation that I prepaid she had to reverse the charge. Only good thing about the hotel was airport shuttle that was prompt and on time

Super comfy place to stay! Great black out curtains. Roomy shower. Comfortable bed. Much nicer than the other Atlanta Airport hotel (SpringHill Suites) that we tried, and more affordable. They have a shuttle (not air train) from the domestic terminal. The shuttle is more convenient in the sense that you get picked up from where the international shuttle drops you, and goes to the door of the hotel (great if you have a lot of luggage), but only runs every half hour. The Airtrain runs more frequently but you have to take an elevator up and then walk a block or two to your hotel. Some Atalanta airports hotels have shuttles, others have the Airtrain, all go from domestic terminal so good to know also you’ll need to take a 30 minute shuttle to get to international terminal after getting to the airport. This hotel usually does not include breakfast, but they have a breakfast buffet and it’s free for kids and $14 for adults. I recommend this hotel.

The worst experience at a hotel, the images is nothing compared to the real thing. The floors are dirty! My bathroom was disgusting, mold in the shower. Housekeeping never came in to pick up the towels. They ran out of towels 3 out of the 4 days we were there. We were told the dryer broke, they never brought the towels, if you want something done you have to constantly go to the front desk. The ceiling in the room was disgusting. I had to look at paint drippings every damn night and pray no dust bunnies would fall on me. No curtain or blinds to close the window. My first time to Atlanta and I won’t be returning.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff at the hotel were very nice and professional.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. I waited until 7 PM for a room, the shower was nasty, no clean towels, and the restaurant waitress had an attitude. Definitely won’t be staying here anymore!

I wasn’t crazy about the additional $150 hold on my CC, above the bill and $14 a day parking for just a parking lot. This should have been prominently disclosed.

The hotel is in need of some sprucing up…pretty worn looking. Very hard mattresses and pillows. Our room wasn’t clean…sticky floors (obviously the previous guest spilled something all over the floor in front of the fridge and it wasn’t cleaned. Staff was very friendly though!!

This experience was a hot mess. We were in Atlanta for my granddaughters sport event. We checked in and the front desk said the rooms were not ready despite a check in time of 3pm and it was already 4pm. The hotel claimed we did not have a reservation. We called Hotels, com and they had to contact the hotel to rectify the situation. Meantime we had to wait over an hour to get our room. We were told we could not sit at the lobby and we had to sit in an area dark and no lights with about another 15 people were upset they did not their room ready.

This place is really unorganized. I had a reservation check in time was 3pm I arrived at 530pm there were no rooms available. We asked the front desk how long they expected the wait to be they did not know how long the wait would be. They also had multiple people waiting for there rooms.
I waited 30 min and canceled my reservation and booked another hotel.

Close to the airport, good for stranded travelers:)
Reasonably priced.
Floor in the room was sticky and slippery as if washed with pure soap and not rinsed
I had only cold water and no water in the shower at all that night, however shower was running the next morning (cold). My room was 5th floor.

Very short staffed. Check in wasn’t available until after 4:30. Light bulbs were missing or burned out in 2 of the lights in our room. Very limited bar menu. Only appetizers and salad. One person at the bar restaurant to cook, bus, make drinks, deliver checks. She did her best but that didn’t make the experience any better.

Pros: proximity to ATL airport and shuttle
Cons: limited dining options within walking distance

Upon arrival property appeared to look very clean and descent. The shuttle from the airport to hotel was quick and staff was very friendly. When I checked in the manager informs me about the breakfast buffet in the morning and cost. I informed him I had already prepaid for breakfast. He said ok great! Before handing me the keys, states that in observance to New Year’s custodial staff will not be working please contact the front desk regarding any issues etc. I get to my room, it appears clean and well; until I tried to use the bathroom and the toilet would not flush. I contacted front desk he said he will try to get someone to look at it. While waiting on whoever is coming the room was FREEZING. I attempted to adjust the heat and it wouldn’t come on. I called front desk, I ask how to turn the heat on and status on toilet. Then went on to say that New Year’s Day observance he doesn’t have any one to assist. No one ever came to look at heat or toilet. The bed was soft and appeared to have clean linen. I am a diabetic, prepaid for breakfast; when I went downstairs to eat breakfast, I notice other guests upset. I walked up to a typed note saying “due to observance of New Year’s restaurant and breakfast will be unavailable. However coffee and tea is complimentary.” I asked front desk about the money I spent on prepaying for breakfast. His response was to call Expedia. Unfortunately there is not any restaurants within walking distance. Can I get refund?

My room has floors that were buckling due to moisture and it smelled like mold was in the air. In the morning, I couldn’t get the included breakfast because the girl that manages it called out sick and there was no one else to step in and do that job. And the shower water wasn’t hot.

They went in and manually changed the amount for my 2 rooms, I booked for one night, after I checked out! I came to Atl after work on the 8th, checked out next morning before the funeral. They changed the rates for each room, to nearly double what I booked it for and never gave me a deposit back! And I tried contacting via phone and email to Ms Burks, I will never book with them nor IHG again! Bad business

I did my due diligence and called after midnight when my plane arrived to request a shuttle. I was told one comes every 30 minutes, but had to call back again 45 min later after waiting outside in the 39° weather and nobody showing up. When I spoke to the same person at the front desk, he only said he didn't realize what time it was when I called and that he'd send the driver (10 more minutes of waiting), so I didn't get in until 1 a.m. When I arrived, the "snack bar" was practically empty with no reasonable healthy options, so I went without. A regular bottle of water cost me $5. When I got to the room, it was very cold and the thermostat said, "low battery." It took almost 2 hours to get to a reasonable temperature where I could actually fall asleep, but never actually reached what I had set it to. My stay was miserable, and I was very disappointed having chosen Indigo because of the positive experiences I'd had staying at their location in Midtown Atlanta.

Faculty wasn’t that clean, nicks and scratches of furniture and walls, front desk wasn’t too freindly-, was told incidentals were returned right away after check out but took 4 days. I used this app to get a room because they couldn’t honor a credit card authorization form from someone- not good business for them. Only good thing o can say is the shuttle
Service to the airport

It was just ok. Some things were not the hotel’s fault but made for an average stay. When we arrived, the system was down. I had to hand-write my credit card number on a piece of paper to go ahead and check in the room. The alternative would’ve been to wait in the lobby until the system became available. Got checked in and we wanted to take a shower to attend a wedding. No soap!!! Ok I called housekeeping and was told that the truck didn’t come in so there was no soap. We looked for the nearest convenience store and was headed downstairs when a guy handed us one small bar of facial soap. We made it work. Upon check out I had 3 different charges on my card but they dropped off after 4 days or so. I do have to say the place was clean! Every time we entered the lobby, the floor was wet from the constant mopping. We had to gingerly walk past the person mopping. But the room was clean and the staff was apologetic. We just needed a place to stay for a friend’s wedding. I may stay here again to give them a second chance.

I used to love this particular hotel but after my most recent stay I would not recommend to stay here to many problems
