The Space: Living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and laundry room are on the first floor with three bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. You have access to the backyard patio. Front patio is offered to the studio apartment next door but you are welcome to utilize it as well if the unit is vacant. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is called Slabtown and is in one of the more desirable areas of Traverse City. You can take Elmwood North approximately eight blocks to West Bay. The house is located across the street from Munson Hospital and approximately two blocks from The Commons,
