Good location, easy to access. Very comfortable bed. Staff gave me an extra pillow. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Very basic facilities. Paper cups for tea and coffee in bedrooms didn’t feel very homely. No non-dairy milk available for tea/coffee (eg soya or oat) so I had to go out and buy some.

The room is very good, the bathroom is clean and new
I ask for an iron, but they don’t have

Superb location. Very nice room, especially for Paris standards. Friendly staff and great service

the room was nice, the staff excellent and friendly
Due to the nature of the old building, the lift was only going half floors…
the dark carpet added to the difficulty of managing this half flight of stairs too…

Friendly staff. Excellent shower. Location for public transport. Small fridge in room. 24 hour front door security. Comfy bed.
Twin beds not far enough apart. People hanging around the betting shop a few doors away.

Good breakfast and clean comfortable room. Great location for short Paris visit, 5 min walk to station.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We got to store our luggage without cost for a side trip to Troyes. Best location with many good restaurants and even a laundromat nearby. Good transport hub. One of the most enjoyable hotel stays in 50 years!

What an amazing hotel for the price we paid. everything was at the high level - breakfast, service, rooms. Will not hesitate to come back.
Location could have been better, but for such price did not expect more. Only thing ruining experience was false alarm at 2 am on our last night, but in no way can blame hotel for that. Plus, the receptionist handled the situation very well.

Location was perfect for a Sightseeing weekend. Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord walking distance. Nice area for dining during the evenings.
Rooms of course small - as everywhere in Paris.

I've been traveling to Paris for over a decade and for the price point, this stay was the most value for money. Very lucky and grateful to receive a free upgrade and the room was super spacious with its own jacuzzi. Location was also great - a short walk to/from Gare du Nord and there are nice restaurants nearby. Staff also very friendly and welcoming.
Didn't like that we could only stay for one night.

We got a room with a great view. Quiet. Nice, clean and modern interior. Free bottles of water in the minibar. Close to Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord and Metro station.
WiFi didn't work (SSL certificate expired). A bit pricey.

Can't think of anything really..

Nice small hotel in the city center. Metro station was nearby, about 5 min walk, so you can easily access each part of the city. Rooms were small but comfortable. The breakfast was great.
There is an elevator in the hotel, but it was too small and slow. We were going up/down mostly witch climbing the stairs which were very uncomfortable.
I would like to have toothbrush, slippers and bathrobe provided in the rooms.

Convenient to Gare du Nord, quiet street just off the main road. Cute rooms recently renovated. Nice bathroom.
Small rooms. The lift levels were halfway between all floors so which ever for you were on you needed to carry your bag half a level. Also the ground for lift was up half a level to get to it.
7.0
Very courteous staff, ideal location next to Gare de l'Est, excellent shower water pressure, cleanliness
Rooms are very small. We had two small hand luggages and one large suitcase, we could barely walk around the room - it would have been impossible to manage with two large suitcases.
Hotel lift does not stop on the first floor... it takes you to the second and then you to go down back through a narrow staircase. Not the best of situations with heavy luggage.
