The location was very good, close to the city center, train station. It was also very quiet.

Close to train station and city centre. Boutique style with quirky features
Breakfast was limited. Chopped fruit would be an improvement.

Great location: close to all attractions and many nice shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.
There was a limit to the number of cards we could have per room. They gave us two cards and we were 4 adults.

The room was plenty big for our family of 4. Large bathroom and large table that we could use for breakfast and another place to store our things. Great view of the city!
The elevator was small and slow, but we didn't mind taking the stairs when we didn't have our luggage.

Beautiful comfortable room. excellent staff. my mum hasn’t got a bad word to say about it and she loves complaining!

Excellent Location, clean, breakfast was simple and nice
Bed matress was old and room was next to elevator, therefore too noisy anytime someone uses the elevator

Fantastic staff!!!
Air-conditioning not working effectively

A cute, centrally located hotel. Friendly staff, nice room, reasonable breakfast in the adjoining restaurant.
We booked a double room. Double turned out to be two single beds push together. We kept falling down the gap in the middle of the night! Please invest in some double mattresses!

The suite was convenient and fairly spacious.
We arrived with our 2 young kids, close to their bedtime. The hotel had confirmed a cot would be in our room, but their wasn't. The staff flat out refused to arrange a cot, leaving us standing there with a baby and a 3 year old. After seriously pushing them, they did managa to produce a (broken) cot, which they let my wife carry up to the room herself. Unbelievably disappointing experience.

Really helpful reception team. Excellent breakfast. Superb location.

Location - excellent. Lots of local eating places.
Air Conditioning only works on heat. The street can be noisey so openning the window is not a real option. The stairs to the bedroom floors could not be negotiated by anyone who is not an athelite. The lift is the only option.

Really nice receptionist - very helpful with taxi and information for me to get where I needed. The room was satisfactory and the area was close for restaurants etc
Breakfast was fine - it was not wow, but for that size of place with reception serving coffee all was satisfactory.

The balcony was lovely and had gorgeous views over Amsterdam. the location is fantastic, about ten minutes from centraal meaning that it’s easy to get around the city, and it’s easy to find too. the room is compact but comfortable and the key card entry into the hotel is very convenient. we liked the continental breakfast (which had plenty of wheat free choices for me) and it was nice that the staff there opened up an hour early for us as my husband had to eat early as he was running the Amsterdam marathon. the free left luggage locker was appreciated too
the shower was boiling hot and it took a while for the water temperature to reduce to below scalding. it would have been nice to have a bit more storage space for clothes and bedside tables, but these are minor gripes in what is otherwise a fantastic hotel for a city break

The 1st receptionist was very helpful. Walkable to attractions, restaurants and transport.
Breakfast was good.
The 1st room we were given had hair all over the beds and sheets did not look clean, also had a wall mountable hairdryer with no power point to plug into. Was given another room which was marginally better, but I still felt like the sheets were recycled therefore unclean. Also this place is not good value for money. Cleanliness should be the main focus of a hotel.

Location is very good and walking distance to the central station. Bed and pillows are comfortable, the bedroom is new and modern. We were allowed to check out at 12pm.
There is no heating in the room (or blankets), so it was a little bit cold at the night. Although the shower has good pressure, the toilet floor gets very wet after taking a shower.

location was absolutely perfect. staff were lovely, had a nice balcony.
I was woken up one morning at 9.30 (this is early when you have come on holiday to relax for ONCE), the toilet seat was stained and dirty and the bathroom floors was a little sticky. no drinks to buy in the hotel not even water or a vending machine. The pillow were awful. We didn’t sleep for a long time as they were the thickest pillows ever, I’m only 21 and had the worst neck pain. I’m the end we have to take the pillows out of the case and stuff them with clothes!😂 not really worth the money. I also wouldn’t stay in a double room (not sure what the other are like. you can see right through the bathroom, when someone is in the shower and on the toilet it is just blurrd but can still see the person. this isn’t comfortable for a lot of people. also no ventilation in the bathroom so any smell goes straight to the room.
