This was the best place we stayed at on our 2 week journey and definitely the best value.

Great clean comfortable apartment with an excellent view of Matterhorn. Large deck with comfortable chairs. Nice green space across the road so it was a view of the meadows and the mountains and cable cars running. Very quiet here as not in main part of town but up on a hill. There was enough room for our smaller suitcases and bags inside, maybe not so much if people bring the giant 32" bags for each person. we found this place was just what we needed and enjoyed relaxing here in late afternoons and evenings.

Ha! Only bad thing was the steepness of the street going down into town, but that height gave this place the great views it had! And there was a free bus stopping just 3 buildings above this building. It did not run late, but it did run everyday. And there are taxis which we did not use.

Lovely visit - will likely come back!

The view, the sauna and the apartment was lovely!

The dishwasher (or the tablets?) didn't seem to work properly. We did not let the hosts know so that's on us.

Nice location, comfortable stay

Location and ease of access. The room's layout is nice too. Kitchen utensils are well provided. There's even a full fondue set.

Couldn't locate where to dump the garbage, with verbal instructions by the host. Also, there's supposed to be a "sign-up" sheet for any need of garbage bags and other supplies near the exit of the building. When I head out for the day, we're usually heading to the ski lifts with gear etc. I would have appreciated seeing a pencil put beside that sheet so that I wouldn't have gone down the stairs, with my gear and everything, getting ready to sign up and just thought I only had a pen upstairs. Cleanliness was a concern because one of us has allergy to dust mites and immediately upon entry, he had an asthmatic attack. Lastly, the kitchen vent system is very ineffective. Wish there was a microwave oven.

Great location. Accommodation is a bit cozy for a family of 4 but workable.

Keys were inside the property and the door was open.

the perfect condo for a ski couple

The location is perfect if you plan to ski while in zermatt- it was a 3 minute walk down hill to the lift. we booked our ski rental with Dorsaz Sport and stored our skis in their lockers which is next to the lift as well. It is right near a bus stop and an adorable little neighborhood market which we highly recommend for a morning coffee.

n/a it was a wonderful property and the staff was very responsive for all communication and very helpful as a first time traveler to Zermatt!

Excellent value if you're okay being away from the centre

Well-equipped, clever setup to maximize space, nice patio, quiet.

Long steep walk from the centre of town, wifi was a bit slow (we had trouble streaming sometimes).

We had a great stay, would definitely recommend!

Amazing place, really great room, well decorated, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Fantastic views of the mountains and the Matterhorn from the balcony!

It is a bit out of the centre of town, and a walk up a hill to get to the property - but great location for walking up mountains!

One of best option to enjoy Matterhorn.

The owner is kind and gentle. The room is clean and calm. And above all, the view from the room; Matterhorn just in front of eyes, is perfect and beautiful.

Due to good view of mountain, needed to clime up steep slope to reach the accomodation (Trade-off).

Enjoyed the more residential setting, away from the busyness of the town.

The bed, pillows and comforters were superb. Loved the big bath towels and towel drying rack. So close to Matterhorn for early morning photos.

Being from Canada and unacquainted with European appliances, it would have been nice to have simple instructions for the oven and cook top. My husband thought it would have been nice to have a microwave. However, I did not feel it was necessary.

Perfection

the most beautiful view, the dream kitchen and everything was so comfortable and cozy. I couldn’t believe how amazing it was considering I booked it the night before check-in. absolutely amazing!
