The location was perfect-only 1/2 block from the train, walking distance to so many cafes and restaurants. The apartment was super clean and well stocked with dishes and linens. It was comfortable and included a huge t.v. and wifi. Entry and exit were easy.
There is only a bathtub in the main bath, and a shower in the second bathroom. Only an issue because the 3 of us prefer a shower.

Liked the big tv. It has a washer dryer. Good location.
There were no fans in the rooms, very small
Rooms, barely any space for luggage. Master room doesn’t have a shower.

Good location and had everything. Pleasant view.
We couldn’t use the sofa bed as we’re four people that were a couple and two singles. Our host said the bed could only be used for groups of five. :(. Some light switches do not work. One must pay for parking.

Apt with 2 rooms and 2 separate bathrooms, very well appointed, with all appliances you can think of.
Highly recommended.
Felt very nice to be back at "home" after busy days visiting Vancouver. Nice location - avoid some East areas in the neighborhood.
Option available to leave luggage behind after check out in a place next to building (yet we did not do it as you had to make arrangements when week end, and it was not so clear nor did we feel we wanted to leave our valuables).

Roominess, proximity to planned activities, privacy, ability to prepare food, do laundry. Very large TV screen. Excellent flooring. No sounds from other units. Good access to secure parking lot.
Way too much noise from lightrail even with windows closed!!!
Inadequate air conditioning and ventilation!!
Too many homeless and strung out drug users in close proximity.

Great location for food and travel, clear access directions, very clean, great condition, great security( you need key fob to use elevator), close to subway, good beds, excellent washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen.
No AC in bedrooms, only had a French press for coffee, city noises particularly with open windows, hard pillows, microwave and dryer controls are hard to reach for short folks.

The apartment was easy to find and access and the host was very welcoming and responsive when I had questions before the trip. The place was very nice and fully equipped with everything that we needed. The location was very good, close to the train station and public transport, next door to a grocery store and close to restaurants and coffee shops. The soaking tub was very nice!
I have a hard time finding anything that I didn't like. Only one of the bathrooms had shower gel and shampoo in it, in a wall-mounted container, would've been nice to have that in both. I also could not find blankets, which I would've used the first night while I was watching TV on the couch in the living room.

terrible owner, knew power outage 2 weeks ahead our booking/arrival, but still let us book the place and no responses when we messaged him for emergency, he never responded! and he never warned us our stay dates has a big event in that area, finding parking was impossible! we spent 6 hours just looking for a place to park. finally we parked our car at 10:41pm then we walked back to the unit, 2 minutes later, the unit became completely dark, no power, after we were so tired of finally finding a parking spot, got back hope to finish what we supposedly to do, but no power of a sudden. called concierge, he told me the power outage was scheduled 2 weeks ago, which the owner knew but still booked us (we booked the unit a week ago), and at the point, I messaged him, he just no response. the next morning we got power I charged my phone, I called booking.com to ask what I could do because I didn’t want to stay in the place anymore, the senior manager from booking.com told me to leave the property (after 3 hours repeatedly calling for help). we left the house by 11am and when I got home, booking.com sent me a message only compensated me less than 1/2 of a day hotel lodging fee, the senior manager told me to leave means I skip one full day already, and the night before I was in no power winter no heating position…. the owner of the unit lied to booking.com that was a city wide power outage! impossible! we saw lights in many other buildings around the city, downtown, just that building was scheduled for outage for maintenance as the concierge told me. and the owner didn’t responded when I was in the completer darkness, and never say sorry nor refund any part of the money. very bad owner.
plus the master bathroom only has a tub, no shower! the activity center of the building is hard to access, need to go out in the rain and coldness to reach the facility. very bad place to stay! don’t go! not a safe area too!
