This home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, sleeps 6 comfortably.2 queens + a full. Two desks, a large kitchen, large living room with fire place, huge front yard and large fenced in back yard with a dog door off the living room. Large deck off master bedroom. Large 4 car driveway and garage space if needed. Pets are welcome if ask prior approval and add them to your reservation, there is a fee .This house does have a mother in law suite on property. Please be respectful with any noise.

NAU Family Weekend brought a few of us along with our dog to Flagstaff! This wonderful cottage was a true home away from home, super comfortable, everything we needed, and fun decor!! Very close to campus but yet very quiet and secluded! Communication with our host was great! Would definitely stay here again

I cannot say enough positive things about this comfy, cozy home. So many vacation rentals are stripped down. I get it. Owners can feel worried about theft. Not this place. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house, a friend with awesome taste in everything! The owner was so hospitable and great with communication. The location is great. Nice and quiet, tucked in a little culdesac with plenty of trees around. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully soon!

All the amenities we needed to relax and beat the heat with our dog, plus an amazing retro-vibe decor that made us feel like we stepped into the early-'60s! Our host Shannon was incredibly attentive and communicative, and got right on top of an issue that cropped up after we checked in. No complaints about our stay, and we would love to come back again!

This property is so adorable and homey. Large property in the center of a cul-de-sac very private. Large fenced yard with doggy doors so the dogs could come and go and play with out worry. We had my 18 year old grand daughter that we were taking to orientation at NAU as well as my 7 year old grandson and our two pugs. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home, they even had some stuff in the fridge (we didn't use because we bring our own food items) but it was a nice touch. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed, and offered to bring something if we didn't have it. We rent several times throughout the year, various homes, and never has an owner reached out to us during our stay, I was very impressed. The owner leaves little sticky notes on everything so that you know what to do and how to operate the appliances, etc. takes the guess work out of it, sooooo nice. The only drawback is that it only has one bathroom so when you have 3 or more people that can be a bit of a problem. This house is perfect and we can't wait to go back. We will be visiting our amazing Lumberjack Student quite often. The house has a nice little bonus that was not listed so I will keep it a secret.

Eclectic house decor that allows you and your friends to reminisce about all the vacations - world travels, national parks - that you’ve been on. Really cute outdoor area. You are sharing the house with an existing tenant so you do have to be mindful of where you park (and probably noise level).

The property was extremely clean and well taken care of. It was so beautifully designed, clearly the work of an interior designer who knows how to pull modernity and nostalgia into a relaxing and fun environment. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fully fenced yard was also perfect for my girls. Looking forward to staying here again!

House was great and comfy. We used it as a home base for naps and sleeping, since we spent most of our weekend out. Beds are firm but form to you as you sleep so it was nice. The back yard for the dog was great to have for sure. Quiet culdesac neighbor hood with open skies to Star gaze at night. Added bonus of a bidet too!

At first I was a little unsure about the house, the back door from the living room to the back yard had broken glass and this part of the yard had not been cleaned up, but as we kept looking around there was another exit to the backyard that was much nicer. Cute eclectic decor, location was close to everything in town. We enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Flagstaff home. We were in town to visit our NAU student. The most important thing when visiting our student is to bring the dog. Let’s be real, that’s who the college kid really wants to see. This was the ideal house to allow our dog and son hang out. We’ve stayed at quite a few Flagstaff VRBOs and this one, by far, is the most pet friendly. The listed says huge fenced yard. It really is! It is the largest we’ve ever seen in Flagstaff. We could actually use our dog’s “Chuck it” toy. There is also a large sized dog door. The house is decorated with so much personality! It was a lot of fun! The little sun room on the front of the house was a dreamy spot to sit and enjoy morning coffee. The cul de sac is quiet and peaceful. This is the first time for us to stay in this area. It was a quick drive out to Lake Mary, easy for us to hop on the road to Sedona for a day trip, and there is a nice, pathed trail system accessible from the house at Ponderosa Trails Park. The yard has two lovely sitting areas, one in the front yard, and a nice deck out back. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a homemade meal for our son and enjoy a nice evening together. Renters do need to know that this residence is split and has a tenant living on the other side, though we hardly heard or saw the tenant while we were there. Typically we stay downtown. It was admittedly nice to stay off of Route 66 and enjoy a different feel for this getaway. We HIGHLY recommend this rental if you’re visiting the Flagstaff area and definitely plan on returning. This house is immaculately decorated. It’s an older home but you would never know, it was warm and cozy. My daughter and I had a lovely stay. It’s close to NAU if you happen to be visiting a student.

Property had an awesome atmosphere. The artwork added a great feal with lots of cool and unique memorabilia all over the living room and bedrooms. Property manager was easy to get in contact with and was accommodating when I had issues with receiving messages through the app. Only complication we had was due to heavy snowfall, we didn't bring the right car and had trouble making it up the hill to the property but within less than a day the roads had been cleared enough that this wasn't a problem. Neighbors were very friendly and assisted us in pushing our vehicle out of the snow. Great stay, would absolutely book this property again in the future.
