This house was perfect for our small family. The game room was cool and the house itself was cozy and nicely furnished. We came specifically to experience snow, we don't get any snow in the valley and it was nice to have the backyard where the kids could play. There's a park about 2 minutes away from the house so we had ample space and snow nearby for snow ball fights and snow man building.

Great place to stay! Unit was just as advertised and was clean and neat. Convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Would stay there again.

Good size property, sleeps plenty, nice game room. Some minor items need maintenance or checking, nothing major, light bulbs, remotes, Alexa not working.

We were only there less than 10 hours. A place to sleep for the night

Indoors is great. Not for visitors expecting to use the yard spaces. Close to Cedar House coffee shop and Brandy’s breakfast restaurant—both excellent small local businesses!

Upon arriving at the property the curb appeal was awful and a bit scary, weeds everywhere. The house interior was satisfactory and APPEARRED clean. The backyard was unusable and disgusting, I was afraid to venture out. The weeds are 2 to 3 feet high and you can't even leave the patio. There were horse shoes set up but we couldn't use because of the weeds. I was afraid to let my dogs out without supervision as I didn't know what might be lurking in the weeds. The fence was damaged and had some odd things trying to block the holes, there were rusty yard tools and several ladders, just looked trashy, not at all like the ONLY ONE picture. The barbecue grill was BEYOND WORDS. We wanted to have a nice family barbecue and just hang out at the house and relax, it was unusable, rusted, dilapidated with food caked on the grills looked like chicken, cobwebs with live spiders and more, like it had not been cleaned, used in years. The oven is a fire hazard, with caked on food and grease. We rent houses so we can cook, hang out, relax and play. When my husband turned down the bed the pillows smelled like musty men's cologne as though not washed. Dirty pans, cups, etc. the Kurig works half assed and leaks. Filthy wood bases in both bathrooms. Our stay was so miserable I could not wait to get home to a clean house and relax. We rent numerous houses annually and we have never had such a BAD experience. So sad as it's a large, family friendly home. MUST EXPLAIN WHY NO EXTERIOR PICTURES ONLINE

The owner was great with communicating when I had a couple of questions. The home was in a convenient location and had plenty of fun for my three boys right within the house!

We stayed here during an unexpected heat wave in July and were surprised that there was no AC. According to the thermostat, the house was 93 when we arrived at 4:30 PM! Upon checking with the host, we were told that most houses in Flagstaff did not have central air and that it would cool down overnight. She also said it was clearly stated in the listing. I made the reservation earlier in the year and don't recall if it was or not. (It is now.)
Although each room had a ceiling fan and a personal fan, it would be nice if the host supplied a portable AC unit for the hotter days of summer. Luckily we were away most afternoons and didn't have to deal with the heat and the house did eventually cool overnight.
Overall, the house is decent, in an older neighbor on a secondary road with light traffic, and was in a good location for us. I enjoyed sitting outside on the covered patio each morning.
One shower is turbo charged so watch out the first time using it! Some TLC would really make this house top-notch -- broken shades in all rooms, kitchen cabinets are a bit off-kilter, the air hockey is broken, and the backyard fence could use some love. The main bed was super comfy, as were the pillows. Having most streaming TV apps included was a nice touch.
I'd stay here again if I ever come back to Flagstaff, but I'll bring my own AC! :)

Very adequate small rental house, well supplied and clean, in my opinion, fair value. What would I improve? Owner supplied nice coffee but no sugar and no decaf. We could not find a pillow that wasn’t flat nor lumpy. Furnace was loudest we have ever heard, it woke everyone up when it turned on at night.

Our family completely enjoyed the dart board (we brought our own darts) and the foosball table for family fun competitions!

Home was nice and what we expected.
Kids loved the game room but seems the air hockey table needs some work.
Also grill area and backyard needs some tlc.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Good place to stay. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. Dogs enjoyed the big back yard. The air hockey didn't work but we were ok with that.

The house was clean and spacious! The outside yard, patio needs some cleanup, but it was the end of winter. The game room is great, but the air hockey and darts are broken. Good location for downtown and the Arizona snow bowl.

Great communication with property manager. Home had some lightbulbs out and game tables aren't in great shape, but reasonably priced and wonderful location for our family to visit Snowbowl. Fun 'ramp' in backyard for the kids (sleds available at the house!), thanks!

We booked mostly for the air hockey table, which didn’t blow enough air to work properly so that was disappointing. Carpet had been vacuumed and sinks and toilets were clean but the place badly needs a deep clean. Walls and baseboards and window ledges were filthy. The mini blinds in the “kids” room (bunk bed room) were all broken so the kids were up with the sun. The floors are entirely splitting and coming up in several areas, a real trip hazard for a toddler or elderly. The furniture was equally beat up, the chair in the living room looked like it was rescued from a curb. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no paper towel in the kitchen. Sponges were scary dirty, thankfully we brought our own of all of these things…washed every dish before we used it, especially the utensils, because the drawers were so gross inside. The lights over the dining room table didn’t work and the remote control lights for the other rooms were wonky, my daughter was trying to turn hers on and it turned mine off. As for the pros: good location, we felt safe, good size yard to play in and plenty of space for a family or two. We enjoyed the sleds they provided. I really liked the cubbies in the kitchen and all the rooms. Check in was easy and host was communicative. The place has potential but really needs some attention. I understand new flooring is expensive but at minimum the place needs a deep cleaning and new blinds in the one room, and that would cost less than we paid for our stay so I just don’t understand why it’s not been done.

The house was very cute and everything was labeled nicely so we knew where everything was and how to operate everything. Communication was quick!!

The stay was comfortable. Only complaint was we had had to shovel snow for 2 hours to get vehicle in driveway, but understandibly, Flagstaff has been getting dumped on.

We enjoyed the home. It was well organized with plenty of room. The house was located perfectly for our vacation plans. The only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom
