3B\/2B Modern Downtown Moab Townhouse - Short Walk from the Heart of Downtown
About this house rental
Our modern 1500 sq. ft. twin townhome was built in 2015 in the center of Moab, just two blocks off Main Street. It's in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops. The twin home next door is owned by our friends and may also be available for rent. Vaulted ceilings make the living space light and bright with windows facing west and south. Our granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils to make great meals. Relax in the open plan living room and catch your favorite series on the 50" flat screen smart TV with accessible HDMI ports. The two downstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and 32" flat screen TV in each. The downstairs bathroom has a travertine walk-in shower and granite vanity. We provide soap, shampoo, and all linens. On the second floor, enjoy a super comfortable king-sized bed in the master suite located on the second floor with 32" flat screen TV, hickory hardwood floors and a walk-in closet. The bright master bath has a wonderful travertine shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity. Enjoy a book or catch up on some work in the loft which has a practical workstation and of course dual band wifi throughout the home. Pack light and use our standard size washer/dryer with iron, ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets. Off the kitchen and living room is a private back patio. Use our propane BBQ and enjoy dinner outside admiring the beautiful cottonwood trees along the back fence. The two-car, carport had a large lockable bike/gear storage shed. You'll find chairs nearby to put on your gear and dust off the desert from your adventures. There is a new bike shop just two doors down. The twin unit next door is owned by our friends and may also be available. A tall wall and gate separate the two rear patios, but the gate can be opened if both renters wish. We just bought this unit in March of 2018. Our account will not display the scores of reviews the previous owner received. However, the unit received five stars consistently the two years the original owner had it on Airbnb.

This property is walking distance to two of the best restaurants in Moab and conveniently located near the Main Street and close to both Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy private parking steps from the front door. Unit was well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

This VRBO location has set the bar way higher than expectation. Clean, great location, well appointed with everything you need. Everything worked perfectly and as advertised. We didn’t need any of the additional storage space, but that is well described in the listing and check in information. Planning the next trip already and won’t even look for an alternative to this place.

Beautiful and quiet property. Duplex neighbors were barely audible but truly not an issue. Perfect for relaxing during a rainy/cold/snowy week; we had everything we needed. Sheets, bedding and towels all comfortable. Window coverings in all bedrooms are cellular shades for privacy and drapes to darken the room. Side windows have cellular shades too. Nothing on sliders to patio but there’s nothing back there so was not an issue. Walking distance to downtown Moab’s restaurants and boutique shops. 10-15 mins to Arches. Unit has lots of pots and pans, dishes, etc. full size gas stove and fridge are great! washer and dryer are new and clean. Entryway with area for shoes, coat closet and a bench for hats/gloves, etc. all helpful when it’s wet/cold outside. Owner was accommodating when when missed our connecting flight and we showed up a day late as a result. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying in this house. Everything was perfect. It’s in a great location in Moab. One thing we liked is they had a closet full of towels. So with a family of 5 you never have to worry about running out. Bed was comfortable. We will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

As much as I hate to admit it, I am a little OCD. There was absolutely nothing out of place at the property. Location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shops, but not high traffic on our street. Comfortable bedding, ample supplies, well stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back!

We visited with a family of four. The house is spacious and very well organized! The kitchen is well equipped, with good quality knives and all you need (big plus for me). The outdoor patio is really nice, shaded and perfect to rest after a long day out.
Location is great too, you can actually walk to breakfast/dinner places, still the street is calm and not busy at all. I definitely recommend this place! We hope to be back!!!

Nice place great location
Loved the property: fantastic location in town, super clean/ new/ nice. Tons of space for the 4 of us. Walked in to town alot for meals, drinks, shopping. Owner responsive. Had an embarrassing issue with the property but the owner handled it fairly well. Kitchen well equipped.
