Southern Salt is a TWO LEVEL HOME WITH TWO MASTER BEDROOMS TO ACCOMMODATE TWO FAMILIES. Two sets of bunk beds and a common area with a bed. BONUS OUT DOOR SHOWER THE KIDS WILL LOVE. Walk to shopping,restaurants and the night life. Walk to all the fun, and the Pier. Beach access out your front and back doors. Open kitchen and living room area. Lots of seating in the dinning area.

It was overall a great stay. The only issue we had was with the wifi but we eventually figured it out. Great location. Close to everything without the crowds.

We had a great time at this house, it was very clean and the location can’t be beat, a short walk to beach and downtown tybee. I would stay here again!

This was a great property, tons of room, wraparound porch, and right next to the beach. Everything we wanted was walkable you host was very nice and responsive. Would definitely return in the future.

We went for a long bachelorette weekend and this place was absolutely perfect! So close to the beach and 30 min from downtown Savannah. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We all had a great stay! Chip was very easy to get in contact with during our stay and very helpful.

Overall everything was great. The first story bathroom toilet had a small leak we notified the owner about on the first night that was not fixed while we were there but otherwise it was fine.

We had an amazing time. Easy access to beach and everything around. The house was clean does it need a few touch ups sure it's a beach house rental, I would stay there again the owner accommodated us with a late check out because no one was checking in the day we checked out. We had a blast thanks again hope to be back soon.

The location of this property is great. House is older than it looks on picture’s but was clean.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The home was perfect for our girls getaway. The neighbors were so kind. The home was super clean and had plenty of space. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. Would def recommend.

We came to Tybee on our family beach trip with family of all ages. We loved the house. The kitchen area is open and spacious which we really needed to accommodate our big family! It is in the perfect location with a super close beach access. The owner was readily availabe any time we had a question concerning the property and was extremely easy to work with. We would definately stay again!

This property is nothing like advertised! The picture had to have been taken at least 10+ years ago given the current run down state of the property. The steps as pictured are falling in, nails sticking out of them and a overall DANGER! Inside the property is much the same or worse than the outside and very rundown and old, all the bedding was dirty upon arrival and had pee stains all over the bedding and saturated in the bed not to mention the king size bed was broken down on one side. The sliding doors to the patio do NOT lock and had a plastic piece from the refrigerator to keep the door from opening entirely. We immediately reached out to the host and sent photos and videos of the issues, he was in lack of better words, a JERK! he told us he didn’t care and done nothing to correct the issue nor would he issue a partial refund. This issue is far from over!
