We also Airbnb the other unit so if you are interested in renting both out at the same time for a bigger group please contact us so we can arrange that for you. The living room features a big 70" TV, big sectional couch that can be converted into a big bed for additional sleeping of at least 2, desk and task chair. Spacious dining room table with enough seating for 6 plus FAST WI-FI 500mbps NETFLIX included. KING BED in master bedroom. Queen BED and small desk and task chair in second bedroom. Each bedroom features a 55" TV, memory foam mattress, DUVET, black out curtains, blinds, full length mirror, 2 nightstands, and walk-in closets with 6 drawer dressers. All TV's are smart TV's so just stream your favorite show or app to them with ease. Complete washer and dryer with detergent available at no cost, iron and ironing board, and steamer. Full kitchen with all the pots, pans, baking sheets, and utensils you could ever need. Complete set of plates and bowls with flatware Coffee maker with coffee waiting for you. Hot water kettle and tea as well Each bathroom has pre-filled body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap dispensers. Big parking area in the back with enough parking for 4-5 cars. This really is a home away from home and we cant wait to host you! The entire unit, parking area in the back, and backyard. You can walk to local restaurants, bars, and shops. Publix is even a 5-10 min walk away or a 3 min car ride. If you are going a little farther away you can drive and come back knowing your parking space is safe with free parking on premises. NO CLEANUP REQUIRED!! Just leave any used sheets and towels on the floor before you leave and we will take care of the rest! Pets allowed under 20lbs Over 20lbs on a case by case basis. Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation Do not disrespect Neighbors he security system which includes the doorbell camera and smoke detector as well as the WiFi equipment are there for your safety and comfort, tampering with or disabling the security system and those items without prior approval is a violation of house rules and will result in an immediate cancelation of the reservation. No parties, events, get-togethers or other similar events are allowed. No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 9 pm. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind but if you let us know we will do our best to look for it and have it sent back to you. Unapproved late check out will result in a fee of $75 Every 30 min after 11 am. There is a $50 per night per person fee for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. There is a $250 cleaning fee for smoking of any kind

We had the chance to visit UF for a college tour and game. The unit was exactly what we were looking for. Close to everything and super easy with very helpful and friendly host. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about the property was nice, neat and clean. Parking is as advertised but for midsized cars. Full size trucks have to get creative. Real easy access to the campus and city amenities. I will be staying in the future for sure.

The apartment was immaculate!! It had everything we could’ve wanted or needed for our overnight stay in Gainesville. We were there for our son’s graduation from UF and the apartment was located close to campus and was one of the cleanest, neatest and most well stocked units we’ve ever stayed in! Thank you for providing such a comfortable retreat for our special weekend!!
