Located downtown Saugatuck, you’re just a short stroll from all the fine and casual dining establishments, boutiques, ice cream shops, live theater, the boardwalk, and much more. Park your car once and enjoy all Saugatuck has to offer. Just across the street, you’ll find Willow Park along the Kalamazoo River. This is a relaxing place to enjoy a picnic lunch, feed the ducks, and watch the boats float by. If you’re looking for the beach, stroll down to the Chain Ferry which will take you across the river where you can enjoy the Oval Beach, Saugatuck Museum, Mt. Baldhead, and hiking opportunities. Parkside offers an open floorplan with a large great room. The living area has a flat-screen TV, leather recliner, and leather sofa sleeper perfect for additional sleeping. The kitchen area offers a large workspace with snack bar seating for 2, a full-size refrigerator, and even a small dishwasher. This is perfect for a leisurely breakfast at home or a quick lunch break from the beach. The dining area has a round table perfect for 4. The queen bedroom is comfortable, bright, and spacious, and offers a window AC unit to keep you cool during the summer months. A full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo perfect for a relaxing bath or shower at the end of the day. Parkside is comfortable and appealing… you’ll feel right at home. Please Note: Park Side is on the main level. There are no steps to get inside. The doorways are a bit more narrow than average and there is a standard bathtub. There is no central AC. There is a window AC unit in the bedroom during summer months and a fan for the living room. If you keep the blinds shut and the door to the bedroom open, the whole apartment will be cool. The building heat is kept at 68 degrees in the winter months. If you need additional heat, or heat during the summer, there is a baseboard electric heater in the bedroom. This was a great place to stay for the week! It was a little tight for our family of four, but we loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. The place provided kitchen supplies and toiletries to get us started. It was clean and cute! Highly recommend!

Property was as described and in a great location. Walking distance to all Saugatuck has to offer. Clean and great communication with the property manager. Bonus was a comfortable bed and awesome water pressure! Would definitely rent again!

Really nice location easy walk to everything in town and if you’re up for it a nice hike to Oval Beach through the wooded hills. What a nice spot!

We were very pleased with the property. Pics are exactly what the property looks like. The river is right across the street and there is a paperboard that takes you on a 90 min. cruise. Holland is only a short drive and there are ample places to go close to Saugatuck. The only problem is parking. There are a couple of restaurants right by the property and parking is difficult. There is designated parking for the property but there are two other units as well. We were there during the Tulip Festival and it wasn’t overly busy but during the summer I’m sure parking is not good. The area was beautiful and we would DEFINITELY stay here again!! Also Damon with the property owner was GREAT about things to do in the area and if we had any questions.

This property had everything you needed and was just as listed. The check in process was easy and the property managing company was friendly and responsive. The water is just across the street and downtown was just a few blocks walk. You won't be disappointed!
