We're happy to share "Sam's Beach House", a beloved family home, full of fond memories. Located 2 blocks from the beach, this is the perfect place to unwind and experience the beauty of Belmont Shore, Long Beach’s hidden gem. This home is clean, well-appointed and full of charm. The living room, dining room and kitchen are flooded with light and space. Sam's Beach House features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, front patio with conversation area, a back patio for eating and relaxing, and washer/dryer facilities. If cooking is your thing, you’ll enjoy our fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a formal dining room that seats 6. Or dine al fresco on the outdoor patio, equipped with a dining table and chairs for 4, umbrella and Weber BBQ. The cottage is located 1/2 block from the popular Belmont Shore 2nd Street Shopping district. There you will find restaurants of every kind, bars, trendy and folksy coffee bars and unique shops and services – all within walking distance. The Belmont Pier and Belmont Shore Beach are within easy walking or biking distance, as is Alamitos Bay Beach. There’s so much to do at The Shore from lounging on the sand (towels provided) to enjoying the scenic 3.1 mile bike path, to renting a kayak to cruise the canals of Naples Island or enjoy a visit to the famous Aquarium and the Rainbow Park Lagoon. This was the perfect house for my adult daughter and me. The house came fully equipped with everything we needed. We were able to cook as if we were in our own home because of all the available pans and utensils. The air conditioning was an added bonus. Loved the easy keyless entry and exit. The beds were comfortable and the decor was inviting. The walk to the beach was so easy! Before arriving, I was afraid parking would be an issue, but thankfully we were always able to get a spot nearby every time. Thanks for a great stay!

Charming cottage. Had a great stay enjoying all the Long Beach area has to offer. Cottage was immaculate and had everything needed and more! The owner communcated very well and timely for our stay. Highly recommend this cottage!

Great! Just like all the ratings and reviews. 1 block to 2nd street for food, drinks and shopping. A few blocks from beach. Great kayaking in the Naples canals! Very nice outdoor seating areas to unwind with a glass of wine. This house met all our needs and then some. Very likely to return next year!!

We had a wonderful time at this sweet beach cottage! It's a great location, central to many restaurants, shops, and the beach! I am obsessed with their vinyl collection and enjoyed listening to various albums each morning. The kitchen is well appointed for those who love to cook. Parking can be a bit tricky on certain days, but the little lot 2 houses down is the perfect solution. Our hosts went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable during our stay!

We had a wonderful time at this rental. It was my wife and I and our two daughters (5 and 2) and the space perfectly accommodated us all. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced in a vacation rental, with spices, snacks, drinks and everything and more you would need to cook meals. The host Suzanne went above and beyond and responded immediately whenever we needed anything and even mailed back something we accidentally left at the rental. The front yard sitting area and backyard sitting area are both very comfortable and relaxing. The location is a minute walk from the restaurants and shops on 2nd street but far enough away that you aren't exposed to noise from the street. There is also a lovely fenced playground just across 2nd street that we took our girls to everyday which was really convenient.
No parking is provided but we were able to park on the street right next to the rental every time. You do have to be comfortable parallel parking though.
This home is a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest beach. We didn't really mind and enjoyed walking through the beautiful Belmont Shore neighborhood on our way to the beach.

This property is even prettier than the pictures. You can feel the love the owners have put into it. And they have thought of everything you need, in abundance. Suzanne was very responsive and went above and beyond any request. You won’t regret booking this home! And the neighborhood is just the sweetest. Walking distance to coffee, food, cute shops, and the beach! (Which is a dog beach, a major perk for my daughter.)

Clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location was ideal - a few blocks to the beach, a few blocks from great eats and shops. The owners communication before and during the stay was top notch. We were sad to leave.
