Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction. Extra measures will be taken in such cases. * Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected * Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these. * Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly. * Staff Policy: Staff are instructed to wear PPE and face coverings while operating in homes, as appropriate , and are not to work if exhibiting symptoms. * Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
