You enter the home into a fully-stocked kitchen with a window view into the spacious, fenced-in backyard with Breeo fire pit (with plenty of firewood) and outdoor furniture. From the kitchen, you pass through a common space with comfortable seating to enjoy a book or cocktail. The living room follows next and includes ample seating for all guests, including a workspace in the corner and a 65” Samsung Smart TV with Roku connectivity (BYOP - bring your own passwords). The rest of the main level consists of one full bath and two bedrooms with queen beds. Both bedrooms include brand new Midea window A/C units. As you move upstairs, the second level really brings the cottage atmosphere. It includes a small half bath and two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed. The queen bedroom includes another Midea window A/C unit. No matter your Northern Michigan adventure, this home is centrally located to offer convenience and accommodate your needs. For the families, it is walking distance to the neighborhood park; for the beach bums, the State Park Beach is a hop away; and for the walkers/joggers/bikers, the Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) is a skip away.
