The house is spacious, but even with a small group it doesn't feel overwhelming. In the resort-style backyard, enjoy the fun-filled setting complete with a heated pool (Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool), spa, multi-use sport court (regulation-sized pickleball, basketball, and volleyball), large 5-hole putting green, ping pong table, fire pit, and more. Access to the 3 car garage is provided as well. The home itself is two stories, has 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms with tasteful and unique design touches throughout. This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. We had 4 families, all with children, stay for our spring break. The house was set up nicely for this- with adult bedrooms on the first floor and the kids rooms and games in the basement. So we were able to put kids to bed and still hang out without waking them up. Pool and other games and amenities were great! My only complaint/suggestion would be for a bigger or a second fridge.

This property is extremely beautiful, homey and well decorated! There are so many activities to enjoy indoors and outside. The location was perfect! The beds are so cozy and comfortable! I was not impressed with the cleanliness like the stained up carpets and the hot tub rim was thick of green slime. Most of all we really enjoyed the amenities outside.

Got together with a bunch of my best buddies. The house was perfect. Lots of games to play. Very clean. More than enough space for all of us. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

I didn’t like the confirmation process of checking in, the link wasn’t working and stressed me out. I wish the kitchen had more mixing bowls , large stainers, sharp knives ect. Overall the house and grounds are very nice for a large family!
