It was everything it said it was, but a few things were left out. It’s in a sketchy part of town and I did not feel 100% safe at night. I just made sure I was home before dark and behind closed doors. Two ladies to enjoy Pensacon and we couldn’t go to any of the after parties because we were not sure if we would be safe getting inside. We were pretty surprised by the location and age of the house. When we got to the house we had to stay because everything else was booked. To top it off, there was exactly one towel in the entire house. My single vacation this year and I had to dry off with paper towels! Not the best communication from the owner. Very delayed in response. With all that said, I would not seek out to stay here again, but if it was the only place available, I would book it.

The lock system was the worst had to call the property manager to let us in ,the toilets was not for adults the microwave could be secured better want to fall off when you open the door parking in the back but no key for back door was pouring when we checked out trim the palm trees so you can walk on the side walk not in grass or street other than all that it was near where our event was we could have walked to the event if it was not raining .

Cute house. It needs some repairs. The washer is unbalanced and does not spin clothes dry. I enjoyed cooking Thanksgiving dinner for my mom, and she enjoyed the family time. Good value for the money.

The value of this home was really great. The location is amazing for access to downtown. Uber was 6 dollars and less than a mile if you’re willing to walk. There were some misunderstandings getting in, but the owner was fantastic and quick to respond and take action. I’m not sure that there is a better bang for your buck in Pensacola.

Checking in was the hard part other than that it was great

We absolutely had the most amazing experience this weekend. This place was so cute and so cozy. They had little extras like games for the family that we used and totally had a great time. The beds are so comfy and the price was an amazing deal for the property and location. Will definitely be back.
