Trash should be in bear box with lid on, or in the garage if no room in bear box. * Surveillance: Front door (outside) has a surveillance camera for security. NoiseAware sensor exists inside home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES. Extra measures will be taken in such cases. * Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected * Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these. * Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly. * Staff Policy: Staff are instructed not to work if exhibiting symptoms. * Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
