Located only 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and the Fort Lauderdale Brightline Station for easy commuting access. Our manor is perfect for sportsmen, families, couples, and seniors!! Sub-Tropical Luxury at its finest! - THE SPACE - ACCOMMODATIONS: All bedrooms are outfitted with high-quality mattresses and linens for your comfort, Blackout Shades, Bathrobes, and each bedroom offers a flat-screen Smart TV. The dining area offers seating for 12, with 3 additional stools at the counter. The spacious, modern kitchen is custom designed with state-of-the-art appliances, including an ice maker, multiple commercial grade refrigerators, dual oven with gas range cooktop, convection microwave, and garbage disposal. There is plenty of countertop space for meal prepping, and a large pantry for storage. The kitchen offers all that you need to entertain from simple family meals to fine dining. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses and serving platters to accommodate your needs. We also provide our guest with a starter amount of coffee and tea pods, as well as paper towel, dishwashing pods and dish soap. LOUNGE & LIVING SPACES: The living room provides a spacious area with a sofa and 4 oversized chairs, coffee table and side tables. An additional sofa console table with 3 stools makes working from home while on vacation a breeze. There is a nearby half bath for your guests and access to our residential elevator for ease of luggage transport to the second floor. The media room houses an oversized sofa with capabilities to convert to a king-sized sofa sleeper, a large TV perfect for watching your favorite game, and another console table with seating for those wanting some "office" time. A large picture window overlooking the pool and back patio, offer a cascade of natural sunlight in the living areas. Adjacent to the living room you will find a lovely billiards table for a fun game night. This home provides a whole-house Sonos sound system for you to stream your favorite music. (PLEASE NOTE- MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE AS TO COMPLY WITH STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE LAWS) LAUNDRY ROOM: The laundry room is conveniently located on the 2nd floor and offers a washer, dryer, countertop surface for folding, and a hanging bar for your use. Laundry detergent, Iron and Ironing board also available for guest use. OUTDOOR LIVING: Our Manor offers a completely private, enclosed backyard surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation. The landscape is meticulously maintained, and you will experience the ambience of a secluded tropical resort. Here, you can relax and enjoy the heated pool with sheer waterfall feature, fire bowls, and a luxurious in-ground spa with infinity edge. The travertine marble patio features sunny lounge areas with umbrellas, and a shaded covered space with additional cushioned seating, a dining table and three fans to keep you cool. The large summer kitchen has a gas grill, sink, and mini fridge for your enjoyment. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Residential Elevator is a Bonus, and not guaranteed as these elevators are delicate and can easily malfunction due to improper guest use. Available Items onsite include- Pool/Beach Towels, 2 rolling coolers, highchair, and Pack-n-Play for those traveling with small children. **Private Dock space may be available but is not guaranteed. Please Contact us to determine if Dockage is available during your travel dates. **Guest will not have access to 4 garages, as these are locked private owner spaces. Additional locked closets located in and around the home are not to be tampered with, we ask that all guests please respect owners' privacy. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT INFORMATION: Detailed Check in Instructions will be provided 24-72 hours prior to your arrival, and a house welcome book will be included as well as will be available at the home with information that may be helpful throughout your stay. Check In Time - 4:00PM Check Out Time - 11:00AM *Early Check in and Late Check Out are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate all guests' requests, but how quickly we can prepare the home for your arrival is solely dependent on the departure of the previous guest. The ability for early check in or late check out will be confirmed by our management team on the day of arrival. POLICIES - This home is monitored as required by the City of Fort Lauderdale for noise. Our noise alert monitoring system will notify guests and the management team if your noise levels exceed the allowed noise levels. This home is also monitored with Security Cameras on the exterior of the home (driveway and back yard area). Should guest not comply with the noise ordinance and police be called to the home, guest is subject to immediate eviction or forfeiture of rental period with no refunds! - No smoking, No Pets **If you are travelling with a service animal, we ask that you please have the courtesy of advising prior to arrival to make the home service animal ready, out of respect for future guest who may have allergies** - No events, parties or large gatherings, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a residential neighborhood and courtesy to our neighbors is our priority - Occupancy not to exceed 12 overnight guests, and no more than 16 guest total onsite at any time - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve - Guests are required to review and sign our STVR Rental Agreement prior to arrival to consider your reservation confirmed In addition, below are compliance statements that the City of Fort Lauderdale requires for all Vacation Rental Properties: 1. It is unlawful to allow a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. 2. Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. 3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street. 4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.
