Cathedral windows allow for amazing natural light, while the open floor plan nurtures the memories to be made here. During the Summer its fenced-in backyard and, patio are great for soaking in the sun or playing yard games. In the common area, the kitchen is designed to look over the living room, helping the chef of the family stay connected during family time while the rest of the group is gathered around the coffee table playing board games or watching the game to the backdrop of a cozy fire. Walking distance to a sandy beach, this home offers the perfect setting for your family getaway or couples retreat. Once you park the car, you are within walking distance of everything you will need. Walk over to Tahoe Paddle and Oar and rent paddleboards or kayaks for a day out on the lake. You can rent e-bikes or mountain bikes around the corner too! The adventurous type will love it's easy access to the boat launch and the gorgeous sandy beaches of Kings Beach Rec Area (less than 1/2 a mile walk), as well as local restaurants and shops like Jason's Beachside Grille, Fat Cat Kitchen, and Whitecaps Pizza among many others. Old Brockway golf course less than a mile down the road and Northstar Ski Resort is just 8 miles away! Closest ski resorts are: North Star (15 mins) Diamond Peak (16 mins) Palisades Tahoe (30 mins) This home provides access and enjoyment throughout all four seasons. BED/BATH CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1: King w/ En-Suite Master Bath (Main Floor) Bedroom 2: Queen (Main Floor) Bedroom 3: Queen and a couch that pulls out into a twin w/ en-suite bath (Downstairs) Half Bath (Main Floor) AMENITIES OFFERED: Walk to the beach! Gas Fireplace Flat Screen TV Fenced Yard Two Decks (one covered, one uncovered) w/ patio furniture during summer months! Updated Kitchen Dining for 5 at the table and 4 at the bar Excellent location near public beaches, restaurants and bars! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: -Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules). Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed. -Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe. -Although 80% of our properties are pet-friendly - this is NOT a pet-friendly property. Please be respectful of this. We do not consider service animals pets. If you bring a dog, you will be subject to a fine and are in breach of contract which could result in being asked to leave the property. IMPORTANT: On March 11th 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include: •Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. •Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway

Beautifully appointed home, comfortable living area and bedrooms. Kitchen with all necessary utensils and basics. One bedroom is downstairs by the garage with its own bath. Easy access with key code, great communication beforehand for all info needed.

We really loved our stay, the house was super clean with modern furniture and appliances, everything we needed in the kitchen, spacious bedrooms (3 BR) and bathrooms. The garden is really cute, too! You can walk to Kings Beach and city centre (we loved the nearby brewery and Taco truck).

Great place, extremely clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked and organized. Absolutely most beautiful garden yard. Baby friendly with Baby gate on stairs. Huge garage spotless. No cable TV was the only regret.

This property was an amazing stay and and even better convenience. There is a market down the road for any needs and it’s the perfect walking distance to the lake. During our stay we were missing a broom to sweep up after dinner and there wasn’t one to be found. Within half an hour of us notifying them, there was a knock on the door with a broom. I highly recommend staying at this property and with these hosts!

This was no joke probably one of the cleanest VRBO properties I have ever stayed in. Not a spec of dust anywhere, great amenities and decor. I bookmarked this location as I will 100% be staying here again!

We had a lousy first day here, no heat and it was 52 degrees inside. Luckily the fireplace worked great and after the first day the place was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay in spite of our lack of a working heater. If the heater is fixed/replaced we would definitely stay here again.
