We loved our stay in July! The house was really comfortable with cosy blankets and a super view of a large garden. Kitchen well-fitted out with crockery and cooking facilities. Wifi also good. The location was excellent - an easy (and scenic) 30 minute walk into town and an easy 20 minute walk to the small mall, Die Boord, with a Super Spar, a chenist and various other shops. Also an excellent laundry called La Petite, which we used as there is no washing machine in the accommodation. We used also The Lost Sock laundry - also excellent - who offer a next day delivery service. Our host, Gustav was extremely accomodating and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending River Front for a stsy! We hope to return.
I think the use of a washing machine on premises could be more convenient, but as mentioned we found two good laundry services so it was not a big problem to us.

Very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Safe parking on the premises. Conveniently close to Central Stellenbosch and the University, but outside the busy area. Quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and responsive host.

We liked the location of the place and the back garden with the sound of the river. Host was helpful & responded immediately
