5 star central location perfect for those on foot. Excellent quality hotel, lovely staff.

Parking ticket left me feeling like I got homework and I’m about to lose money.

The property was good. Close to everything we needed.

We paid for parking but got a $100 ticket anyway and now I’ve got to call to sort it out or pay. It’s a headache and I may be out $100 at the end of it all after paying a lot of the hotel and parking fee.

We had a wonderful time in Vancouver staying at your hotel.

Bed is soft and comfy, location is great with restaurant and wine store nearby, the stand alone shower and water pressure all good. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Only one thing; the cost. Makes it tough to stay more often.

Great location, both safe and central, staff friendly and helpful.

The room was good size for two adults, a very large king bed, all facilities of a 5 star hotel available as expected. The location of the hotel was so central and walking distance to everything. Felt safe walking around here at night.

Two items were broken in the room - however a quick response from maintenance staff to fix these was greatly appreciated. I believe that these should have been seen when the room was cleaned prior to our arrival.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Everyone was so friendly and efficient.

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool. Room was very spacious. Having a couch and coffee table in the room was really nice.

Awesome!

Great location. Room was clean, very happy with the “over and above” by staff in providing me a personal mini fridge to keep my water cold! Overall a great experience thank you!

That the mini fridge in the room is stocked with expensive drinks and alcohol, would be nice to leave it empty and allow us to use it for personal use but staff made up for it by bringing me my own mini fridge to use! So appreciate it. Would’ve been nice to have a fitted sheet on the bed too instead of a top sheet. It kept getting tangled in the night and I wound up unknowingly sleeping on the bare mattress at one point 🤮 still very happy with my stay. Staff are so nice 😊

An excellent and comfortable stay, in the heart of Vancouver.

Awesome location and comfort.

A bit dated, and a few extra amenities would be great. Better televisions with ease of use; a window in the bedroom; larger tubs that aren’t awkwardly shaped.

Not the best. Not as nice as it used to be.

This used to be a great hotel. They don't have valet anymore and the line ups for checking in were very long and check in was tedious. The hotel is a little run down and needs some renovating. Won't be going here again.

Very pleasant.

We found it very handy to everything we required. Close to shopping, tourist attractions, restaurants and a lovely down hill walk to the waterfront. After a mix up on arrival we were fortunate enough to be upgraded.

Some maintenance required to ageing room, but believe upgrading is being done.

The check in was a little complicated because the attendant were not able to find my reservation, but finally he did. He gave us a nice room.

The location was great. The staff were usually nice with some exceptions.

The room, although renovated, felt dated. Everything in the room had some stains, especially carpet. To get to the pool one had to go through the lobby so wearing robes was a bit awkward.

Nice hotel, not family friendly

Very clean, comfortable, staff were kind and friendly. Good location.

No room amenities, no microwave or fridge for personal items. Travelling as a young family, hearing bottles etc was made very difficult

Vancouver is a vibrant and diverse city, and the Sutton Place is a gem right in the heart!

the view was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the location could not be beat!

an included breakfast would be a nice addition. other than that, no major complaints!

Overall we were happy with our stay.

The location was great, with hop on hop off right in front and shopping around the corner. Staff was good. Restaurant very good for breakfast. Nice view from our room.

Shower was not cleaned well.

Great location, well-run hotel with friendly competent staff.

The staff were lovely and upgraded us when my husband mentioned my birthday

It’s the perfect stay! And be prepared because it’s a big hotel!

The refreshments & they had stuff for your convenience and the location was great I really like how they had a mezzanine also they had a restaurant inside the hotel that served breakfast, lunch, and dinner& can’t forget about the dessert!

Their swimming pool kept on shutting down. I found like 1 or 2 stains on the floor but nothing too noticeable & the A/C heater could have been much easier to operate. Getting from your room to laundry/washing machines you had to walk to the other side of the building.

I should expect a good customer service for the price

Everything is walking distance, great location

The place is dusty and our fridge wasn’t working we phoned about it they just dropped the fridge by the door my husband was carrying it inside. Not good customer service. No exhaust fan, the whole bathroom is steaming up.

Quick stop over for the airport

It is a beautiful hotel. Bed was comfy. Clean. Staff were very attentive and polite.

Very expensive with nothing included in the overnight stay. Breakfast not included. Only enough coffee and milk for 1 cup each and charged for each coffee at breakfast. Nothing complimentary other than the 1 soap, 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner to share for 4.

The lobby made me think I was walking into a spa! A lovely hotel in the middle of Vancouver with good access to local shops and museums. Not much to fault this place. This was a fairly last minute booking so the price was quite reasonable when compared to other places in Canada
