Location was great.
Kids chicken tenders from the room service menu were “best ever had”
Hot tub was inside while pool was out. Preference to enjoy together but it was still lovely.

Location was fantastic. Had cocktails and bar was great.. Staff was great, concierge was outstanding. Got reservations for dinner same night at a desirable, popular restaurant.
The walls are thin. Had a suite near elevators and heard all the people. We were on a private floor with exclusive access to pool and lounge and it was noisy.

The hotel overall is a beautiful property. AJ at the front desk and the trainee gentleman at the lobby bar were extremely courteous and friendly. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and I enjoyed the view of the water. The pool area was nice but disappointed the bar service closed by the time I got there.
A little bit longer of a wait to get checked in at the front desk, and get service at the lobby bar. At the bar, I saw a bartender making a martini and laid the olives on the bar mat. I made a note to never order a drink that has a garnish as that was off-putting to see.
To elevate the client experience, I like to see a robe and pair of slippers in the room so that I don't have to call down.

Property was so close to the riverfront where we spent a lot of time walking and exploring and eating
Walls seemed pretty thin. We could easily hear the ice machine at all hours and people in the hallway.

The hotel was in a Great location, ideal for the cruise port as well as looking around Vancouver. The beds super comfy. Accommodating staff arranged to take our cases to the cruise terminal for us. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff went above and beyond when they learned my suitcase was lost. Gave me a toothbrush, toothpaste and then let me know when the airline brought my suitcase to the hotel, made sure it was in my room waiting for me. The staff made this hotel phenomenal.
The elevator I got into wasn’t working properly, so I got to see the hallways of floors 14, 11, 9, back up to 14…the 6 wasn’t working on the keypad. I finally figured it out…..

The breakfast was buffet or entrées, your choice! We chose buffet, and food was delicious!
Cold foods, hot foods, and fruits and salads, were all good!

location is great the bar was perfect and the staff in there were nice
it’s too expensive for what you get. the facility is tired and the door man told me to walk down to the train station to hail a cab when I asked him for a cab.

Staff was friendly and did their best.
Where to start
- The pool is ok, but not great. My kid is all about the pool.
- The hot tub was a disaster. It's old-school chlorine, in a poorly ventilated room. The lighting is, I think, fluorescent. Either way, it's miserable.
- One of the showers in the changing room didn't work.
- The steam room was both moldy and not even close to hot enough.
The restaurant was iffy. They nailed both of the pasta dishes, but that's a low bar. The steak tartar was excellent. The actual steaks were mediocre.
