A comfortable , clean room, but pay to park is unnecessary and pool was closed.

Good location, comfortable beds

This shouldn’t be a pay to park hotel. They don’t provide parking passes for people to hang or display on their dashboards to keep track, so anyone can park and leave freely even if not a hotel guest. Upon checkout I was asked about if we’d had a car there and we were charged (I could’ve simply said no). There was no notification that the pool wasn’t open. Their website says open year round and I specifically booked for the pool. A notice of there being a closure for maintenance during specific dates would have been helpful for me to decide if we wanted to stay there. Was very frustrated to be initially given a king room suite when I specifically booked a double queen for our family of four. Upon returning to front desk to fix the issue, I received a response as if I was wrong, then was told we could be moved to their last double queen suite as if they were doing me a favor. I double checked my booking and it absolutely shows the double queen suite. I’d done a lot of research to find one in that area for our specific dates with a pool only to be given the wrong room to start and learn that the pool was not open/available.

Perfect for me and my 2 kids. Lots of dining options nearby and right off the hiway.

The property was very clean and welcoming

The parking was free and lots of spots but only one way in/out. Also not a lot of spots near the front entrance

Very low basic hotel with high priced rooms

I liked the location

The furniture in the room was really outdated and heavily worn. Carpet were stained and a fowl smell in the hallway. Two of employees were having an argument about expectations and work ethics in front of me. I had to stand there and wait for them to finish to pay for my items

It was pleasant

The room was clean and spacious. Furniture was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nice lobby.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated it had a shuttle to Dallas Love airport. I was quite surprised and disappointed that it did not have shuttle and haven’t had one since Covid. I would have booked another hotel instead. I had to Uber and this cost me more money. The website should have been corrected by now. Makes me not trust booking.com

Adequate but not comfortable

Conveniently located. Good breakfast.

Several homeless around the property. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no hand soap and not enough washcloths. Did not like not having a control to the TV.

Disappointed

Decent breakfast.

First, I arrived there around 12 am, and they gave me the wrong room. The room was already occupied by someone else. There was no hand soap provided, and the conditioner bottle was empty. I called the front desk in the morning, and they said they would take care of it, but no one came to bring hand soap or conditioner. In the afternoon, I asked again, but nobody bothered to bring the items to my room. They collected a $50 deposit for damages from my credit card, but in the end, they deducted a fee for parking, even though I didn’t have a car. I emailed them to ask for a refund of the parking fee, but no one replied.

Wet and dripping.

The property is beautiful, and the breakfast was a step above the competition.

The front desk telling us that you had no towels. Then he asked for my room number, and I replied 402. He said no, we don't have any towels. We had already turned in our towels, and we had to use a sheet to dry off with. Why did he want my room number and then tell me again that no, he had no towels. Wet and dripping.

Great value for the money for pet friendly

Location was nice. Even with fees, seemed like a bargain with pets.

It was clean

Well we were on the 7th floor and the AC wasn’t cool. 79 degrees was too hot to sleep. So if you stay don’t let them put you on the 7th floor in the summer. But we did get a different room the second night and it was nice and cool. The beds aren’t comfortable. But the staff was very nice.
