Would not stay again. Spent over $800 for rooms and dinner. Our money could have been spent at a better hotel.

Great location. The staff was nice.

The pool area was so filthy the grandkids didn’t even swim. Pizza boxes everywhere, so many dirty towels etc. That is the reason we picked this hotel. To be able to chill out and not leave the hotel. I had just gotten out of hospital so didn’t gave energy to do anything else.We ended up having to take them out for entertainment. The windows leaked a lot. Trying to keep the 3 year old from messing with the water was a pain.

Convenient but crowded with no microwave.

No microwave but info said that it was . Hair all over bathroom, sunflower seeds under tables . Pullout sofa literally touched the king bed so kids might as well sleep in same bed as you .

Nice facilities. Service could be better.

Nice building and really good facilities.

The hotel seemed really empty and there were quite a lot of staff but in general the standard of service wasn’t high. The staff didn’t really seem interested in going the extra mile for us. Examples are that we ordered room service and let staff know when we were done. When we checked out the next morning the the dishes were still outside the room. The pool and gym are great but weren’t clean around the edges (ie the water fountain by the pool). The tv in the gym wasn’t working and I called for help but the worker at the spa just said ‘I don’t know how to fix it. Call back later’ and didn’t even come to look. Front desk staff were more helpful.

Once room was secured outside of Booking.com service, the stay was excellent.

Hotel did not honor/accept Booking.com reservation. Luckily there was a room available to reserve through the hotel. If company/hotel is not going to honor “third party reservations,” hotel should not be listed as an option.

Great Stay at the Hilton

This hotel is in a great location. It's near the mall, funny bone, movie theater, bowling alley, restaurants and stores. This hotel is very clean. Beds were very comfortable. They have Shulas steak house inside which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a bar. In addition theres a pool and spa there. Its perfect one of the best I've been to.

it was fine….it’s a hotel.

easily laid out, nice amenities, nice restaurant and bar.

at check in I discovered a drawer full of dirty women’s work out clothing, swimsuit and underwear. when I took the clothing to the front desk and explained these were in a drawer all I got was a simple thank you. no apologies or offer to comp something like a meal or one of their over priced breakfasts. at $250 a night they should have been at least a little apologetic. I’ll stay there again but damn.

The location was great and checkin was super simple and quick. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it had both a pool and hot tub. Well, the hot tub was out of order, so that was a disappointment.

Disappointing

Beds were soft but the pillows just became too flat as you used them.

The room had no microwave, and the bathroom shower setup was horrible (water just splashed out under the curtain all over the bathroom floor). We had to run the water for 5 to 10 minutes to get the hot water going.
