The closeness to the beach and Charles Island (our main reason for coming to Milford). The beach walks we could take. As abovementioned our room was clean and comfortable. The bath towels were thin, but clean.

The receptionist on arrival was sullen and not at all helpful. But other staff were friendly and communicative.

remodel is spot on. removal of the carpet was perfect. orange crush in vending machine was awesome. enjoyed the landscaping.

exterior paint and A/C unit. unit needs to be cleaned due to exposure to outdoors.

Location

Bathroom: light/moisture absorber was incredibly loud and inefficient. Turning it on was necessary to be able to see, so had to put up with growling noises, LOUD. Towels were skimpy. Floor slippery. Staff in morning, incompetent. Checking out, I asked staff person to point me towards route 1 north. He had NO idea. I asked him to pull up online map, he did I guess, but still had no idea.
