I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites Dallas Market Center-Love Field, an IHG Hotel, and had an excellent experience. The location was perfect for my needs, offering easy access to my destination. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen that had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The service was outstanding; the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly. While my stay at Candlewood Suites Dallas Market Center-Love Field, an IHG Hotel, was generally excellent, there were a few drawbacks. The extra cost for snacks and amenities was a bit steep. I ended up paying $2 for a banana, which felt overpriced.

TV room furniture sucked (except for the lay back easy chair) not comfortable at all, sofa bed awful, no hot tub by pool

Front desk folks were super nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Super comfy bed. Restaurant next door was very good and convenient. Good value for the price.
Key card machine wasn’t working when we arrived so sometime had to let us into our room several times. They finally got it working that evening and all was good.
Pool area is only open 10am to 10pm. Would have been nice to have coffee by the pool.

The staff was really friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. It was really quiet. Our room stayed nice and cold in the Texas heat. The location was never too far from anywhere we wanted to visit. It was also easily accessible with parking always available.
Our room was clean, but the property wasn’t consistently clean. One time we came back from dinner and the first floor had some putrid smell. We were staying on the 3rd floor so by the time we got to the elevator we couldn’t smell it. Another time there were dirty, gross hand prints dragged down the front of the elevator door that wasn’t cleaned until the next day. Also someone left a bag of trash by the elevator door as well on our floor that wasn’t picked up until later that evening. Another time food was left out just laying in the hallway. No plate or container. Just food tossed across the carpet on the 3rd floor. I don’t know what guests were staying there but they weren’t respectful of the property.

The location was good. Close to the airport. Shady neighborhood. The hotel smelled like marijuana. Gave us a headache.

I liked how flexible the staff was with my family and I. we had to ask for another room due to how dirty the couch bed was from the first room and they didn’t hesitate to give us another one as soon as they could.
I didn’t like that the second room they gave us smelt so much like cigarettes. the toilets were all clogged when we got there and the previous people who had stayed there had bags wrapped around the smoke detectors.

My favorite part of the whole stay was the DOVE body wash. I wanted to talk to someone there about buying some..lol. But we also loved the home feeling of our room.
We hated our bed. Think it was a full definitely not a Queen. So I woke up with pain from trying to fit comfortably on the bed with my husband. Next night my husband slept on the pull out bed and I slept alone on the bed in the room. Sad about that as we are fairly newly weds.

Beautiful room with two beds, a cooktop, a dishwasher, and a full sized fridge for a great price!
I found roaches in the bathroom. Baby ones. Pretty gross. If you’re seeing babies out and about, that’s indicative of a much larger problem. Needs to be handled ASAP.

Seemed to be well laid out and in a good location to get places quick.
It was dirty, our dishwasher didn't work and we had planned to cook while there. When I asked about it he just said "oh really darn" and started talking to somebody else. Everytime we asked for more supplies (enough to accommodate the people we booked the room for) we were told they didn't have enough. We had to rotate showers so I could wash towels during the day.

Wonderful hotel situated right next to the expressway, within 10 minutes from Market Center. The location was amazing, as was the staff, the cleanliness, and the size of the room. Everything met our expectations, just like a big IG hotel would.
The cost. I understand that Dallas is an expensive area, but we paid over 230 for just 2 nights. That isn't anyone's fault besides inflation, but it just sucks you cannot get hotels at this quality for under 110 these days.
