The staff was as helpful as they could be. The breakfast selections were amazing!

I look for hotels with indoor pools specifially with my granddaughters. The whirlpool AND heater were broke! The indoor pool was freezing. *Check in time was 3 PM, we arrived at 4 PM to be nicely told in so many words that they were doing the best they could & we had to wait about 15 minutes for our room to finish getting ready,

It did the job. But, it was not what I expected from Hampton Inn.

The property was physically clean and the staff were courteous.

The property was in need of repairs. One of the elevators was out and the deadbolt on the door between my room and an adjoining room did not work, leaving the room i secure.

We will be back!

Location was close to Fiesta Texas. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast!

Water from the shower took a while to come out hot. That was the only issue we had.

I was charged 2 times for my stay and it has vewn 2 weeks and nobody has returned my call as to when my reimbursement is foing through. Was told teuce that it was only 4 days and still not refund. Very disappointed!

I had a terrible experience with Bookings.com and this hotel.

I had a terrible experience with Bookings.com and this hotel. Bookings did not notify the hotel of cancellation of two rooms that could be canceled on 4/11, and I paid for one room as it was. Bookings did not respond to my continued contact, and I never want to use Bookings in the future. Terrible service.

I feel that what I paid for was not worth the price. One, no towels. Bathing and drying. The bath tub has a very slow drain. It fill up and take forever to drain. That's nasty. I came to this hotel cause the website says that there is a indoor pool and hot tub. There is a small pool with too much chlorine and the water was warm. False advertising and that's not right. I should get some of my money back.

staff assured we had been given connecting rooms, but it turned out we didn’t. we knew it wasn’t guaranteed but i guess they just didn’t know how to read their own maps. plus one of the rooms smelled like feet, terribly. we asked for air freshener but it really didn’t help

Not a great bed, but a great breakfast.

I thought the breakfast was great, especially the cinnamon waffles. The kids enjoyed the pool. The lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. Easy enough access to several restaurants.

The beds were hard. The air conditioner wouldn't regulate. The bathrooms have glass doors, so the light blinds everyone at night when you have to go to the bathroom.

San Antonio stay good but could have been better

The staff was great, the facilities were ok

The phone in the room did not work and the phone on the 4th floor hallway didn't work. When I went to the front desk to inform them I was told to check the line to ensure it was plugged, often the kids pull out the cord. I feel I should not have had to inspect the phone lines, that is the responsibility of the staff. I got no update as to the lines being checked or the issue being resolved. We had a 5 day stay and during that time I noticed the hallway had not been vacuumed. The interesting thing is all the carts of the cleaning staff had vacuum cleaners on them yet I never heard or saw any use of them. The same lint that was on the carpet when we arrived was there, in the same location when we left. Also, although our room was cleaned it was not vacuumed either. In our bathroom, the faucet near the shower was not secured to the counter. It seems to me the cleaning staff should have known and notified maintenance for repair. It just so happened that I spotted a maintenance technician, informed him about it, and he took care of it the same day. My last issue had to do with the cleaning sheet replacement schedule. I would have liked to have been informed we need to to request to have the sheets changed. In this case we scheduled a 5 day visit with an infant, having the sheets changed at least everyother day would have been preferred over once every 5 days unless asked.

Like the value,love the cleanliness and location. Bf was very good ,staff very nice.

Got this hotel for the inside pool had 3yr old grandson and we were very disappointed on pool being closed.😔also door lock to shower room was broken,and tud drain was clogged water would fill very fast while showering very uncomfortable. Need more maintenance attention..overall I would still stay again and will recommend 👌.

Pet friendly, great area and near alot of stores which where also walking distance. Staff was amazing especially nicole!
