Bartender had no idea how to make drinks, food was as of you were eating at Costco and served on a paper plate, no creamer for coffee and was to have a breakfast included, but there were three things on their menu that you could chose from. A continental breakfast would’ve been better.

Hotel is very close to the airport.
No shuttle service after 22:00. Taxi from airport to hotel was 20$.
Bar was closed at 24:00. No room service available. Very disappointing after a long flight.
The noise in the room is high, you hear every aircraft taking off. Sound insulation very poor.
Breakfast very rudimentary.
Overall way to expensive for what you are getting. Their location alone cannot justify the price tag.

The Aloft was an excellent choice for a stop after arriving late into Phoenix airport. The shuttle picked us up and had us at the hotel within 10 minutes of our call. Check in was swift and staff very friendly. The bar itself was small, but one could take the drinks all around the lobby and pool area, making for a very relaxing decompression after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable and well equipped (minifridge, microwave, safe, charging ports, and more). Comfortable bed and bathroom too. I Highly recommend the Aloft if staying close to the airport is part of one's plans.
There is very little to do in the immediate area. But that is to be expected for an airport hotel isn't it? But this hotel will keep you comfortable until time to move on.

Room was super clean, comfortable, and very well designed. Location excellent to 44th st Station to airport. ‘Laura’ was outstanding and friendly during a very quick check in process as was Alisha at breakfast/check out.

The property was wonderful. It was the staff that was giving me a hard time
The location was great and it was comfortable.

The Aloft hotel exceeded our expectations regarding comfort and cleanliness. After a long day of flying it was nice to relax in this quiet and comfortable room. Took advantage of nearby shops and restaurants for good food and shopping for essential supplies. We will be visiting again on our trips through Phoenix.

The restaurant and bar on site. The front desk staff were outstanding. The shuttle drove us to attractions and brought us back. Maria and the other shuttle driver were outstanding.
Mold in the shower tile!

Location is really convenient for Sky Harbor Airport and light rail is within steps of the front door. The bedroom is separated by a wall to the bath which made it feel contemporary and private. Nice clean decor.
Nothing. All was good.

It is close to the airport.
The hotel is shabby at best. It looked good in the lobby, but the rooms were dirty and falling apart. There was another person's socks in the room when we arrived. There were also people loitering outside. It felt unsafe.

It's a central location by the light rail
Walls were thin I could hear almost everything going on in the room next to us. The doors slammed shut so every time a door shut you woke up. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was small. Homeless was surrounding the area and you pay for parking

Nice lobby, super comfy bed, free Wi-Fi, late check-out, free airport shuttle
-Hotel bar & restaurant isn’t really a restaurant— doesn’t have a kitchen, only 2 microwavable fast food options; Bar area could be improved to offer a better atmosphere;
-Pool area not ideally placed, as it isn’t exposed to sunlight all day— only in the morning; it is also smaller than I expected

Nicely decorated
Didn’t like the fact that the bathroom only had a sliding door with rusted handle. When I took a shower, the water traveled throughout the bathroom and reached the toliet. Also, there were dead bugs on the table and bed.

We appreciated the free airport transfer.
We found it tricky to find good food nearby.

I liked how it was close to the airport.
When we came in, there was an issue with a main pipe that was being fixed so we couldn’t use the water for a few hours. Also my shower the next morning was so cold. The main lobby heavily smelled like sunscreen for some reason.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed alone for a couple days after a work conference in Scottsdale. I have a great view of the arriving and departing planes and I could watch the sunrise. I really enjoyed happy hour at the bar, except there weren't anything I could order except fries. The staff helped with directions and places to visit and the shuttle service was clutch as well. I loved the pool and lounge area, stay here if you are traveling in Phoenix you will not be disappointed.
They were out of all the hot food items offered on the menu. I was able to order out and eat it at the bar. Another draw back was the adjoining room door. I didn't ask for it and I really didn't like having the door access to my room. I was staying alone and it really kept me up at night, thinking someone was going to come into my room as I slept. Please don't put a single women in a room like that.
