Realmente nada…

Pague x una habitación para 4 personas, dos camas me dieron una habitación q la luz no servía me cambiaron y ellos me dieron una habitación sencilla con un sofá cama incómodo y no hacían el aseo del cuarto

It was dirty, safety hazard due to the floating, no lighting in the pool area . Staff was not helpful and some staff was rude

It was a horrible hotel with no assistance from their management.

The convenience to down town.

The bed stunk like someone had already slept in it. The shower didn't even have a soap dish to put your soap or shampoo at a decent level to use. I had to put everything on the floor. The alarm clock was broken and when I asked for a working clock they said they had NONE.....They advertised free breakfast, however, it turned out to be a continental breakfast but with in 15 minutes everything was gone and they never refilled the coffee or the pancake mix, the milk, they had NO juice for the kids. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!

I liked staying here.

The top floor was nice and quiet.

The floor was falling apart, the elevator was creepy (so I took the stairs all weekend), and the hot tub was broken.

Poor

Dirty towels behind the door, floor had not been vaccumed, Bath tub was dirty. Continental breakfast was a joke. Staff was pleasant.

The manager lied!!!

I like the bed it was comfortable and the wifi was fast last time we stood here the wifi wouldn't work for awhile

I didn't like how the manager lied to us and told us that there were no more towel, the house keeper was the one that gave us the towel. And when we took a shower the water was not hot at all it was cold .

Disappointing stay at Quality Inn Albuquerque Airport

I was grateful to get off the road and rest. The bed was ok, but the sheet had a huge hole in it. The bathroom was nice, but the sink had a weird noise. Why no refrigerator in the kitchen?

The overall property is in disrepair. The door handle broke off & I was trapped in my room. Neither phone worked, none of the lights in the bedroom worked. The floor was a mess. Won't come back

It was exactly what I was looking for for a quick overnight stay near the airport for a turnaround trip to Albuquerque.

my suite was quiet, secure and clean. The walk in shower seemed new, with good water pressure. The free breakfast was quite good with a good variety of fresh and healthy food and drink, and the lobby space for breakfast was very clean. The free shuttle to the airport was as promised. Courteous and on time. The front desk staff were helpful and attentive.

the hallways and elevator were pretty dirty and depressing. However I did see signs indicating that improvements were in progress. The airport shuttle van upholstery was really stained thoroughly.

Good

Customer service was awesome, great personnel working there but rooms need love. I'm a contractor and would be willing to work with you to get an extra 15 or 20 a night. Great bones and amazing staff.

Break in shower surroundings, mold on shower flooring, and traffic after 2am.

I would never stay here again, the place is horribly outdated, the remodel is handled by cheap contractors that don’t ha

location to airport and food was perfect

That no where on their site or listing that it stated they were under construction and the pool was closed… My father also left an expensive arctic cup in our room, called about 20 minutes after we left to let them know, said we would come back through the next day to pick it up. when my dad went back, they did not have it, said it was locked in a bin, my dad went back to his car, watched a cleaning lady walk inside with it. The hotel cleaner tried to still our property, and when I called the girl at the front desk, she gave me horrible customer service and tried to defend the cleaner.

Very poor

place is in a state of disrepair.... the pool is functional but they won't let you use stating it is being renovated but clearly there is no renovation going on .... I think they simply don't want to spend the money to maintain it.... despite this the sign out front says there is a pool available..... Wi-Fi and TV drop out with no warning .... won't stay here again ..

the room was clean and the staff was friendly

rooms were clean, everything was there that was needed. our window in our room was broken so it got a bit cold cause of the draft. the breakfast was disappointing and the pool was closed which sadden is cause we were looking forward to swimming

they were remodeling and it was cause of run down

They are doing construction. Nice remodeled rooms. Still needs a few finishing touches. Beds are very comfortable and new.
