I loved the decor. I ate at both restaurants and they were both great.
I did't use the gym (as it had no windows)- the the equipment looked great.

Great stay! Loved the complimentary wine in the lobby. Very cute room. Loved our meal at Topside as well.

it’s location, it’s decor, nice staff
We had booked 2 rooms for the night to celebrate a family birthday, and upon arrival they told us they were overbooked and had to place one of the parties in our group in another hotel.
Once the party arrived, they placed him yet on a third location, not as nice as The revival hotel. they did not charge us for that room, but it was very disruptive to our family plans and celebrations that weekend.

Stylish and easy to navigate. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Very welcoming. The building is very well designed and perfect for a spot with your partner or even as a much better alternative for business as compared to the same old Hyatt option. It’s a little out of the way but not far by car to everything.

An amazing property in an historical part of downtown Baltimore. Great views from a corner suite, the room thoughtfully decorated and squeaky clean. Looking forward to next stay!

The room was nice.
Customer service, waiting hours for towels and wash cloths, staff complaining, snacks being purchased without you knowing what it is, being given a dirty spoon, etc.

I usually don't bother to write a review about my stay in an hotel, but this one is truly a gem in Baltimore. Very nicely decorated and confortable. Highly recommended.

Rooms were nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Lobby and other shared areas were thoughtfully designed and stylish. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The only problem is that when we checked in, very few rooms seemed to be ready. Front desk folks said the cleaning crews were behind. Not sure how that happens when the hotel should know exactly how many rooms have to be turned over on a given day. Anyway, we had to change for a wedding we were in town to attend in a shared restroom off the lobby. We were upgraded when we returned to check in late in the evening, and the room was quite nice, but the inconvenience was a pain. And we were far from the only ones in this boat.

The room was great but mini frig, only kept things cool not cold. Had to go to front desk to get ice. We stayed Sat and Sun, sunday is not the day to get food. Housekeeping was rushing us out at 930 Mon and we had late check out. Nice room but bring food. Could have had a pool or spa for the money.
See above but nice location and room. Could never anyone at front desk. No soda machine Im glad we brought something because I would thirsty on Sunday. I probably wouldn't pick this one again unless they lower the rate.

The room was spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable. The same can be said of the bathroom. Another big plus was the Topside restaurant. Great view and excellent food. Further, two shirts left in the closet of my room were FedExed to me quickly after I had returned home to NYC.
The venue for breakfast and lunch was the only disappointment. More like a fast-food restaurant with a very limited menu.

We stayed at the Revival for two nights. We have stayed there before and always enjoyed our stay. We had a room on the 14th floor overlooking the Washington Monument. It was a very nice room. The bed was very comfortable. The service was excellent and friendly. The rooftop restaurant is also excellent.
When we left I accidentally left a pair of Maui Jim sun glasses behind. When we got home to Atlanta ,my wife called the hotel and asked if they had been found. I fully expected that they would say no. But the person who answered the phone said she would check, and she then said they had been found. Moreover, she offered to mail them to me. Two days later a Fedex package arrived with the glasses. I was thankful and impressed. Clearly this was service above and beyond. The Revival is definitely a great place to stay in Baltimore.
