The location is great and the access to the hot springs is a nice bonus. The staff were very friendly.

The pool towels were very old with holes and rips. The water in the shower took a long time to get hot.

They have the best hot spring waters I have found, and I saw actual physical healing changes I hadn't noticed previously ( I've come here intermittently since the 1990s)

Well, it's quite a bit more expensive than it used to be (~$450 for 2 nights), but then, what isn't. Still worth it in my opinion.
