Staff was excellent. Housekeeping could not have been better . They were exceptional
The shower in the bath is one of the very worst of any hotel we have stayed in. The shower head is directly overhead with NO adjustment…just terrible. Why they thought this was a good idea is beyond my imagination

The location is unbeatable, a short walk from the centre with its beautiful historic buildings, the metro and many good restaurants.
The hotel is very nice, modern with lots of interesting art. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
My last visit was several years ago and unfortunately the time has not been gentle for the hotel. While the public areas still look well cared for, the restaurant food is not nearly as good as it once was. The beds are not comfortable (cheap pillows with pillowcases that are too small, comforter too heavy for the summer) and the bath linens are fraying badly.

Location was great.
The water stopped working and I called the front desk. They said it was only affecting my room and they’d send someone to check on it. They never did. Eventually, the water started working again. As I was checking in, a guest was complaining of smelly water. They lied to their face just to get him to go away. I see what they do now.
