Terrible

Room smelled. ( like Ramen noodles). No toilet paper !!!!! Unacceptable. I was checking in late with my son, it was midnight. Absurd I would need toilet paper. No garbage bags in trash cans. I did not feel safe. Outside doors were not locked, they were broken ( no door knobs in one of them) Propped open with rocks. It was absolutely AWFUL. Due to late check in, I couldn't reach anyone after I checked in. Would not answer phone. I would have left if it wasn't so late. Thinking back, I should have left anyway.

NEVER AGAIN!!

I showed up on time on Father’s Day celebration and they didn’t have my room available . Even I had an email with reservation confirmed. I waited for 1 hour and I wasn’t even in waiting list . I ended up rushing looking for a room and thank god for Windham Garden that saved the day ! But that’s not all a couple days later I had a cancellation charge of $88 dollars on my credit card . Can you believe the outrageous of these people ?? Never again. Don’t go to that place EVER !!!

Staff didn’t help me even I had a reservation confirmation my name wasn’t on waiting list or anything . I am disable handicapped over 55 years old and stuck in a lobby for an hour with my luggage.

it was once night that I needed a comfortable place to stay.

I liked that it was a studio.

I didn’t like that police sat at the entrance with their lights on for the entire night.

Works for a single-night stay if you are in the road/passing thru, otherwise, skip it if you can.

Check-in was easy, and fast overall. Room & bath were cleaned properly everyday, and was spacious. thanks

Carpets may be vacuumed, but carpets are full of stains, so either deep clean it, or replace these. Also, EVERY NIGHT i arrive to the room, the hallways smoke of weed or cigarettes... And the kitchen, sink was and kitchen pans worked fine, but the microwave was rusted inside... Replace it for God's sakes.

Listen to the reviews, and keep low expectations

Can’t say. When we arrived, the power was out. The location is good, I guess.

Well the power was out, for one. Was told by someone who was currently staying there, that the power wasn’t going to be on until 12am that night. The short time I was in the parking lot, it smelt of marijuana. We left quickly when shots were fired. The “Call Center” wasn’t any help with canceling the reservation, and was still charged for the night.

location was near a lot of places easy on and off access to the location

the lobby was well maintained but as soon as you get to the door to access the rooms the smells and dirtiness just hits you

Superb

The location was great for my overall business affairs and there were restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff had to move me to another room on arrival but then forgot they moved me. There was an issue about being in the switched room and I had the front desk paperwork. The issue was resolved but it was an inconvenience.

couldn’t stay in this location due to cleanliness

we drove almost 20 hours to arrive at this location at about 10pm. we got the keys to our room to find bed bugs on the mattress and a room that looked nothing like the pictures listed. i very much enjoy booking.com but this place should be taken off. very very deceiving.

Not recommended if you don’t have budget constrain.

the location

the place is worn out. The cigarettes smell along the hall way, the AC unit and the ceiling is almost falling off. The room door looks like suffered many “kicks”, I was using the chair to block the door. I skipped the shower as the bath tub as it had some stain on it.

I paid for my suite 8 days before I arrived. I called when I was 2 exits away to let them know I was coming, I was within my appointed checkin time The lady was rude poor customer service and told me she had no room for me. She hung up on me. I had just drove from Savannah GA to Charlotte NC to be told I had no room. I parked in the parking lot. And called booking. Com, who confirmed I had paid and put me on hold while they called her back. She treated them the same way. They apologized for her behavior and offered me a full refund with no cancelation fee and offered to help m e find a different hotel for the night. I ended up staying with my best friend instead. I went in before leaving the hotel to get the ladies name but.she had left the front desk and would not come out and face like a woman she needs to be terminated from her position. From all the customers I saw coming and leaving I feel she did not personally want to rent a room to me considering me privileged. I felt reversed discrimination was done to me here and there needs to be an investigation done.

I will NOT be booking this hotel again!!

The front desk staff was great! The lady that checked me in did all she could to accommodate me.

A large industrial fan blowing in the hallway all weekend day and night. The bathroom in my room was not cleaned at all.

Hotel outside and inside hallways were very disgusting hotel room floors were slimy had some type of residue

location , pet friendly , room size

hall way smells , roaches every where even outside on door when trying to enter !! roaches as even pregnant you could clearly see . bathroom had mold and right hand corner above shower , TV remote did not have back to it batteries kept falling out remote barely worked . loud commotion across the hall I only stayed here because the Hilton was full I give it a C minus really should be a F but because it was available and pet friendly and under $120 and I really can’t even say that because I was charged a fee

Overall not a very good experience and will not be coming back.

the beds were comfortable.

the area did not feel very safe. the smell in the building was awful we had to buy air fresheners because it was giving us a terrible headache. When we arrived to our room we realized our door wouldn’t lock so we had to call to get that fixed and when I closed the door to the bathroom the towel rack fell off the wall. Our room keys wouldn’t get us into our room unless we tried it like 5 times.

Okay for a single night.

Location and dog friendly. Wifi, great parking, friendly staff.

Smell of marijuana and stale cigarette smoke in the halls. We had to use our sanitizing wipes on the switches, handles and knobs. The cleaning was not done to our standards. The room had a lot of aged grime in the bathroom including cigarette burns on the edge of the bathroom sink. We didn't use the shower.

STAY AWAY. Book elsewhere.

The beds were very comfortable for the 30min we stayed in them.

The neighborhood and/or long-term tenants. We ended up having to leave abruptly after a fight broke out in the parking lot, a car was stolen/broken into (back window was smashed out), and a man was yelling about pulling out his gun and someone else yelling for him not to. Cops arrived, I was told we would be escorted out for safety and no one arrived, so we went to the lobby ourselves since there were cops present. I requested a refund, and Tae was very understanding as she checked us out. Given that the above situation had happened, the room not being what was pictured at booking seems like a minor concern, though it didn’t work for us like we planned to have one of our kids lay on the couch that was pictured, and it not even be in the room. STAY AWAY. We paid $129 after taxes for this hotel, but left and went to Motel 6 and paid $70 flat. The beds are not as comfortable, but I have peace of mind that a bullet won’t go through our wall on the third floor. Hopefully.

The Priceline charges that were charged to my card 2 days prior, did not show up on the hotel's system as PAID and I had to pay again. Now I am waiting on Booking.com to issue a refund.
