Clean pool

The front desk gave another guest our room and the key to it once we were already in the room. It was scary having someone try and open our door several times. If it wasn’t for the extra security lock they have they would have gotten in. That happened hours after we arrived. After that we were no longer comfortable.

Comfort Inn & Suites in Burnet, TX was a great place to stay!

We stayed two nights at the hotel in Burnet, TX so we could attend a friend's wedding. It was clean and comfortable. The king bed was outstanding -- so comfy and supportive. The shower was great, too! The cafe area was nice, and the food was delicious! All the staff were courteous and helpful, but I want especially to commend Anna and Ronda at the reception counter. Both of them were cheerful, friendly, and helpful. We felt like we'd known them for a long time. At check-in, the weather was severe with heavy rain and hail. The computers had gone down, but Ronda checked us in manually and made the process easy. At checkout, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a luggage cart to become available, but Anna and I chatted while she worked, and we had a nice visit. The Hispanic gentleman working in the cafe area was also cordial and helpful. All in all, it was a most pleasant experience!

DONT STAY HERE!

My front desk employee was personable and sweet.

My mother’s room keys didn’t work twice when trying to get into room and room wasn’t cleaned when given keys. This happened to multiple people in my travel group. The lobby smelled of cat pee and although my room was “cleaned”, it was actually disgusting with pee and poop on toilet, sink gross with brown liquid and bedding old and frayed!

Need to work on cleanliness of rooms.

Break fast was good. It was plentiful and well staffed. Location was good. It was 5 minutes from where we needed to be for 2 days so that was a plus!

The cleanliness of the room. There was a large stain on the rug in our room. The bathroom needs work. Lots of cracks in the caulking around sink and shower. (Which this made me worry about bugs). The sink faucet actually sprayed water all over the floor. (I would think this would be a slip and fall hazard.) But for us, when I stepped into the bathroom with my shoes on to grab something, the water on the floor created mud marks, so it was a mud mess. And then our room was not cleaned on the 1st day. So we had to deal with a muddy dirty bathroom floor.

Exceptional

Very friendly staff, check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. It was myself and 4 of my grandbabies ages 8-8-7&6 (we were having a slumber party) and there was more than enough room for them to play and for us to sleep comfortably. We will be staying again..

3 day stay started out rough then got better.

First room they put me in did not have a working heater and the plug for the spa bath or jetted bath tub did not fit the tub at all. They moved me to another room next door to the one I was currently in. This one had a working bath tub and plug that fit the bath tub. But it had dirty diapers in the trash can. Ooops guessing housekeeping forgot to empty the trash. The front desk staff was great and friendly except for one lady. Whom I don't think could smile at all, when I talked to her she just looked and stared at me as if she was looking right through me. I stayed 3 nights. The rate wasn't bad for the room. I will stay again in the future. Hopefully the next time these issues will not exist.

What I didn't like was already mentioned but I will mention it again. Tub plug not fitting the king spa bath tub, heater not working in the first room I was assigned to, trash in the trash can and one unfriendly front desk lady.

Poor

Heater quit working in our room, they would not move us to another room, they just gave us a space heater. Fire alarm gong off at 4:30am because a fire suppression system pipe froze and broke. Fire dept. let us go back to our rooms at 5:15am while parts of the first floor were flooding. The next night we had to move to a different hotel because water was completely off.

Great Facility.. Too expensive for one night

the price is too high!!! we stay in various hotel all over the state some are nicer than others as is your facility. however even nicer ones do not charge as much for a single night stay in such a small town as you do. the whole town.
