Worst place I have ever been. Rotting smell in the rooms.

Nothing, This is a filthy place. If you care about your health and hygiene/cleanliness you will not choose this place. Go, check the smell of the room before you book. Disgusting place and people. Left right away.

Filthy and disgusting place. Rotting smell in the rooms. I had to leave on second day due to the nasty and toxic environment. I asked for a refund. They refused to give the money back. Obviously a lawyer is going to get my money back. Do not give yourself a headache. This place is not worth it.

Worst Hotel in San Jose and the South Bay

I usually always give great reviews but the property was unbelievable - not attentive or communicative, I had a family emergency and asked to be charged for one night as per their policy allowing me to be reimbursed for the 4 out of 8 nights per bookings policy, and they just charged me in full. I’ve escalated this but really bothersome when I’ve consistently tried to communicate and they say “they’ll get back to me” and don’t. Also, the amenities are not that great and the rooms are stuffy and there was hair on my bed sheets when I moved in. 0/10 I’ll never stay here and there’s Kasa on the row down the road which I usually stay in and is perfect but unfortunately they were sold out. This place also looks like a dorm not a hotel. do whatever you can to not stay.

Everything over priced because they position it as a prime location (it is close to a lot but honestly not worth the money you pay) bed is uncomfortable rooms are old and run down just pay extra for elsewhere

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel

The hotel is close to major freeways and 5 min walk to an upscale shopping center. The hotel is modern, clean, has a nice common area, laundry, gym and full kitchen in addition to a kitchenette in each studio. It was quiet despite it was fully booked.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when I was there Great location close to Santana Row. Laundry facilities were good.

Frequent smell of pot, both from the immediate neighbors and from the parking lot when my window was open. I left some clothing items at the property which I only found out after two weeks. I have called and mailed them about it, but not getting any response whatsoever. Not even so much as "sorry, we already discarded these".

Exceptional

It is a great place for mid-long term stays. Great location makes it very easy and convenient for shopping at Valley Fair, dining in Santana Row and also close San Jose airport. Friendly staff, attentive and helpful. Shout out to Faye “Office Manager” for her understanding and assistance during my stay. Thank you!

Location was closer to my office at Santana Row. No disturbances Clean rooms with all amenities Staffs were always smiling and answering our queries

I like the breakfast, the happy hour with food to eat, the room service. The pool, the hot tub all was so pleasant and relaxing.

Convenient for a long stay. Would visit again

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had more than enough facilities, utensils and equipment to be able to have a self-catered arrangement. Large fridge. No defects or anything wrong in the room, relatively clean and spacious. Quiet so didn’t have problems with noise. Very convenient location and walking distance to Santana Row and Westfield. Buses also nearby, and Safeway supermarket. Small gym but did have a good range of equipment. Large communal lounge upstairs and a smaller lounge downstairs, both available for use and have a nice homely feel. Adequate laundry service available at cheap cost.

Bit far from nearest train station. No cleaning service included, only after check-out. Wardrobe spacious but sliding doors didn’t shut properly (was already like that).

Clean but small room with an excellent location.

The room is clean. They provide very good brewed coffee in the lobby. The location is excellent, walk to westfield shopping mall and safeway. The kitchenet with utensils is convenient to use.

The room is very small. There is not enough space to put my belongings. I have to put my handbag on air conditioner.

Exceptional studio apartments, geared towards longer stays

Studios Inn perfectly suits longer visits in the Bay Area. Excellent location, only a stone's throw away from Santana Row. The studios are well-appointed and incredibly clean. Not to mention, the staff are incredibly friendly!
