I was forced to urgently return home early, due to medical issue. Unfortunately, neither the hotel nor Booking.com ever addressed my multiple requests for a refund for the final night of my stay. The hotel advised that I needed to contact Booking.com, and Booking.com advised that I needed to contact the hotel. Sending me on this bureaucratic maze was a disrespectful way to treat a guest in my situation, and soured my experience. The circumstances that led to my early departure were a disappointment and beyond my control. I had hoped for a more compassionate resolution.

The property was decorated nicely and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed over Christmas and still had a wonderful stay.

The room, staff, and amenities were wonderful. We were able to get a last minute late check in and the front desk and valet were so kind and understanding. We also really liked the location as it was within 10-15 mins of where we needed to go in town.
The essentially required valet was frustrating as we were late to activities twice waiting on the valet to get our car.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. The central location for downtown was great. We could walk to where we wanted to go. This was a Guy Fieri road trip. We went to his KC restaurant for drinks and ate at Jericho Mexican seafood restaurant that was on Triple D. So Hotel Indigo was a great place to stay. The rooms we really comfortable and it was totally pet friendly.
The green space for the dogs was over a city block away in front of the library and it was artificial grass (which the dogs didn't like) and lots of poop piles too.

easy walking distance to the concert at TMobile. We had a king room and it was very spacious as well as the bathroom. We had valet parking and walked to meals.
Everything was great.

it was clean
rude staff, we were late to our event because it took 45 minutes for the valet to get our car. there was a weird buzzing in the room that kept us up all night.

we were awakened early in the morning by the cleaning crew attempting to clean the room before we had checked out. Then, they came by an hour later while we were still getting ready to check out. Both times happened several hours before the 11:00 am checkout time that we were given at booking.

Excellent location, staff in the bar/restaurant very efficient.
Valet parking is $28, very pricey much better to use car parks nearby

Kaylee at the front desk was exceptional and the hotel/rooms are beautifully done.
No parking so must use a parking garage that charges.

It was perfect for our trip we wanted to be close to the power and light district and it was only maybe six seven minutes walk super nice we absolutely loved it!
Everything was super super clean and they welcomed our little dog with no problem.

I was charged by Booking.com and the hotel and I haven't been reimbursed yet. I have to wait for the charge to reflect on my bank statement before I can request a refund from Booking.com.

We were given a spacious, corner room that was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all courteous and accommodating. We did takeout from the adjoining restaurant, Dott Boss, which was actually quite good.
Although the hotel seems to be very pet-friendly, beware that there are very few grassy spots in the immediate area to relieve your pet.

price seems a bit high
